Spend a minimum of S$60 in a single receipt (or S$50 with Mastercard or Mastercard on Changi Pay) at participating outlets in Changi Airport’s Public Areas (excluding Jewel) or Transit Areas to receive a set of return vouchers worth up to S$20* off your next purchase. This shopping vouchers will only be valid at Transit retail outlets (excluding Electronics and Luxury).

Return vouchers are valid for use within 24 hours from the time of purchase and can be applied to your next purchase with a minimum spend of S$60 and/or S$200 depending on voucher amount.

No. The minimum spend must be in a single receipt / transaction.

The return shopping vouchers will be printed along with the payment receipt for the qualifying purchase. Please check and retain the return voucher as it will not be re-issued. The original receipt is required to be presented with the return voucher for redemption at participating stores. However, if you pay by Changi Pay, the e-vouchers will be credited to your Changi Pay account. 
 

The S$5 shopping voucher requires a minimum spend of S$60 and the S$15 shopping voucher requires a minimum spend of S$200. Both vouchers are limited and while stocks last.

CHANGI FESTIVE VILLAGE RETURN VOUCHERS PROMOTION
(“SHOPPING PROMOTION”)

 

1. General 

1.1 This Shopping Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

1.2 By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all participants shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto which may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion. 

2. Promotion Period & Locations

2.1 This Shopping Promotion shall run from 0000 hours (SGT) on 05 November 2025 to 2359 hours (SGT) on 04 January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 

2.2 To be eligible for this Shopping Promotion, participants must make a Qualifying Spend (as defined below) with participating retailers at the Transit or Public Areas of Changi Airport. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

a. “Transit Areas” shall mean those parts of Changi Airport designated for the use of persons who have cleared outbound immigration control, including all passenger lounges, boarding gates, arrival corridors, and any adjoining spaces accessible only to such passengers, but excluding any area that is open to the general public, excluding Jewel Changi Airport; and

b. “Public Areas” shall mean those parts of Changi Airport that are open and accessible to the general public without the need to clear any immigration or security controls, including the terminal forecourts, public concourses, and retail and dining outlets located in such areas, excluding Jewel Changi Airport.

3. Qualifying Spend and Return Vouchers

3.1 Participants who meet the relevant Qualifying Spends during the Promotion Period will be eligible to redeem the following return vouchers (each a “Return Voucher”):

at least S$200 at participating retail outlets within the Transit Areas
that accept payment via Changi Pay.

* E-Vouchers will be automatically credited to the participant’s Changi Pay wallet.
Participants must apply the e-Voucher before payment for their purchase is
processed on Changi Pay.

3.2 Purchases and/or transactions made at the following stores at Singapore Changi Airport are excluded from the calculation of Qualifying Spend and will not qualify for the Shopping Promotion:

xviii. Tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other forms of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute)

3.3 Payments, including any part payments thereof, made using in-store vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Changi Rewards Jewel Voucher, CapitaVoucher, eCapitaVoucher, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi, Changi Pay e-Voucher, Changi Gift Cards, or any amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) are excluded from the calculation of Qualifying Spend. 

3.4 Duplicate receipts will not be accepted for the purpose of meeting the Qualifying Spend or redemption of Return Vouchers.

3.5 Any attempt to combine multiple transactions into a single receipt to meet the Qualifying Spend will not be accepted.

3.6 All Return Vouchers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

3.7 The following stores are excluded from the redemption of Return Vouchers:

a. All F&B outlets at Changi Airport;

b. Jewel Changi Airport; and 

c. The following tenants within the Transit and Public Areas of Changi Airport: 7-11, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Breo, Bulgari, Burberryi, Cartier, Cheers, Dior Furla, Gucci, Hermes, Hugo, Hugo Boss, iStudio, Longchamp, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, MCM, Metapod, Moncler, Omega, Polo Ralph Lauren, Pomellato, Prada, Qeelin, Ray-Ban, Roger Vivier, Rolex, Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, Samsung Experience Store, Sony, Sprint-Cass, Sincere and Frank Muller, Stefano Ricci, Time Emporium and Franck Muller, The Digital Gadgets, Tiffany & Co. , Tod’s, Tory Burch, Zegna (subject to change). 

The list of participating outlets and products for the Shopping Promotion is subject to change by CAG at its discretion, without prior notice.

3.8 The following terms shall apply in respect of the redemption of Return Vouchers:

a. All Return Vouchers are only redeemable upon the Participants’ return visit to the relevant participating store, with the respective minimum spend;

b. Return Vouchers must be redeemed within 24 hours from issuance;

c. Unredeemed Return Vouchers will expire and deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions, refunds or re-issuance;

d. Return Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalents;

e. Return Vouchers are not transferable;

f. Each Return Voucher may only be applied to one (1) receipt at the relevant participating store;

g. Redeeming multiple Return Vouchers on a single receipt or transaction is not permitted;

h. Return Vouchers cannot be used in combination with any other on-going store promotions.

i. Once a Return Voucher is redeemed, it shall not be re-issued in the event that the order is refunded, returned or cancelled. 

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants.

4.2 CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Shopping Promotion.

4.3 CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

4.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

4.5 All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.

4.6 These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

4.7 Participation in the promotion requires the processing of participants’ personal data, including full name and email address. CAG may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Shopping Promotion, matching personal data collected through this Shopping Promotion with other data CAG holds about the participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Shopping Promotion and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised consent designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the CAG Group offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).
