1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session starts.

2. There will be no extension of game time for participants who arrive late.

3. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 and above.

4. For safety reasons, participants are required to be in covered shoes.

5. Participants are responsible for paying for any damages caused through misuse.

6. Griddy Grid is not responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

7. Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

8. Failure to comply with house rules may result in expulsion.

9. No rescheduling or refunds are allowed after booking is confirmed.
