1. Acceptance Of Terms And Conditions

1.1 By balloting for and/or participating in the “SG60 Homecoming Concert” which is to be held on 1 August 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Forest Valley, Jewel Changi Airport (the “Event”), each Participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Event- related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 This Event is organised and administered by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”). 

1.3 As a condition of entry into the Event, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is 18 years of age and older and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 If a Participant is below 18 years old, he/she must and will be deemed to have in any event, obtained consent from his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these T&Cs and their agreement to take responsibility for his/her acts and omissions in connection with his/her entry into this Event and/or use of the prize(s), as the case may be.

1.5 Persons below the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Both should hold their own tickets for entry into the Event.

1.6 No entry will be allowed for any persons below the age of 7.

2. Event Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The Event is free but a ticket is required for entry. Tickets will be distributed to the public via ballot.

2.2 This Event is open to public participants who (each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”) have successfully balloted for the Event and received an electronic ticket to the Event. Each electronic ticket will only admit one (1) person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CAG may also offer or allocate tickets to individuals or categories of persons as it deems appropriate.

2.3 Tickets will not be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Allocation will be determined solely through the balloting process. 

2.4 In order to apply for tickets to the Event, CAG will be releasing a web-link for application for the Event at such date/time and manner as it determines in its sole discretion. 

2.5 Following the closure of the application window, a balloting process will be conducted to determine successful applicants.

2.6 Upon submission of the ballot application, successful applicants will receive confirmation via Whatsapp and email by within 1 day of ballot closing date, unless advised otherwise by CAG. Unsuccessful Participants will not be notified.

2.7 Each successful ballot application is entitled to two (2) tickets. Successful applicants will receive an email notification with 2 QR codes, where each QR code represents one (1) electronic ticket. 

2.8 Unless advised otherwise by CAG, tickets are non-exchangeable, nontransferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

2.9 CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Event, and CAG may at any time during the Event deny any person from participating in the Event without providing any reason.

2.10 All tickets issued for the Event are not to be resold and CAG may void any such tickets found to have been resold.

2.11 Admission to the Event is by electronic ticket only. Electronic tickets must be produced for admission. CAG reserves the right to deny entry to any person presenting a ticket that is found to have been obtained through resale or unauthorised channels.

3. Rules of Event Participation

3.1 The Event will take place at Forest Valley and Cloud9 Piazza on Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. This is a standing event where participants are required to proceed to either location indicated on their ticket, which is randomly assigned during ballot. 

3.2 Doors close at 7:30pm. Participants may be denied admission into the event spaces if they arrive past 7:30pm

3.3 Participants must comply with all event, venue and security personnel instructions. 

3.4 Any individual engaging in disorderly, disruptive or unsafe behavior may be removed from the venue. 

3.5 No food and drinks are permitted within the event spaces.

3.6 For safety and security reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited at the Event 

(non-exhaustive list): 

a. Glass bottles or glassware of any kind;

b. Weapons, sharp objects or flammable materials;

c. Laser pointers, air horns, or other disruptive noise devices;

d. Flags, placards, banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisements;

e. Fan boards exceeding A3 size (42cm x 29.7cm);

f. Binoculars exceeding A5 size (14.8cm x 21cm);

g. Professional cameras (including DSLR, digital, video, polaroid and film cameras), GoPros, iPads and tablets; 

h. Camera equipment, zoom lens, selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods and monopods; 

and

i. Any other items which CAG, in its sole discretion, deems unsafe or contrary to its security protocols.

3.7 No professional photography, videography or audio recording is allowed unless expressly authorised by CAG.

3.8 Live streaming of the Event is strictly prohibited.

4. Event Contest

4.1 During the course of the Event, CAG may in its discretion hold one or more contest(s). To participate in the contest, the Participant(s) shall (a) agree to take part in the game or quiz, (b) complete the task(s) and/or answer correctly the question(s) posed to them by the emcee of the Event, and (c) be the first to do so.

4.2 All prizes will be given immediately following the end of the contest/Event. Prizes given out are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in- kind, unless otherwise stated. There shall be no refund or exchange for any partially used or unused prize. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prize.

4.3 CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Participant if they are unable to use the prize. CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any prize

5. Personal Data & Privacy Collection During the Event

5.1 By registering for or participating in the Event, you confirm that you consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with Changi Airport’s Privacy Policy, which is available at:https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html. Such personal data includes but is not limited to your full name, contact details, and email address. We may also collect information that is sent automatically by your web browser, computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device, if applicable.

5.2 The purposes for which personal data collected by CAG from you may be used and/or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering the Event and communicating with you in relation to the Event; facilitating the selection and notification of prize winners, promoting and advertising our services to you; matching your personal data collected through the Event application page with other data that CAG holds in its database so as to optimise operations and improve the services offered (such as providingpersonalised content) to you via your registered mobile or email address; statistical analysis; and for CAG to fulfil its obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 To promote and advertise the Event, CAG reserves the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. You consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers as customers participating in the Event and do consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of Changi Airport and/or Jewel Changi Airport. If you have opted in for additional marketing and promotional content during the registration process, you hereby also consent to receiving electronic direct mailers (eDMs) and marketing promotional material (such as information, news, offers and promotions about exclusive deals, offers and events) regarding Changi Airport and/or Jewel Changi Airport, via your mobile number or email address provided on the Event registration page.

5.4 You represent and warrant that the personal data (if any) which you disclose to CAG during the Event registration process is true, complete and accurate. CAG shall not be held liable and shall be fully indemnified by you for any incorrect or inaccurate personal data provided.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Event, save and except for any personal injury or death caused by the negligence of CAG and its employees.

6.2 Participants agree that they will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Event.

7. General Event Terms & Conditions

7.1 CAG reserves the right to:

a. Refuse the participation of any person in the Event and/or disqualify any Participant of the Event for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behavior that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons and/or to property; and

b. Change or vary these Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Event and these Terms and Conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

7.2 CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding the Event contained on its official website, or on any Event -related collaterals/materials. All information is accurate at time of print/publishing. CAG shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to the Event.

7.3 CAG reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding the Event on its official website or on Event-related collaterals/materials; to correct any errors in any notified Event mechanics, evaluation of the Event submissions, or Event results and to vary or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without providing any prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on CAG’s official website.

7.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Event, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

7.5 These Terms & Conditions may be translated into another language other than English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other translation hereof, the English language version shall prevail.

7.6 All decisions made by CAG regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions or on all matters relating to an Event shall be final and conclusive in each case.

7.7 CAG reserves the right to cancel the Event if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.

7.8 Participants acknowledge that the Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the social media site or platform on which it is hosted. 

7.9 These Terms & Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party underthe Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
