Changi App users who are experiencing difficulties on the app may continue to enjoy Changi Rewards membership services by logging in to your account through the link below or via your web browser (rewards.changiairport.com). You may also try checking back on the app some time later, or refer to the FAQs below. 
 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Visit the Changi Rewards website using the browser of your desktop/tablet/mobile device: https://rewards.changiairport.com
  • Click on the "MEMBERS: LOG IN" link and login with your Changi Account credentials
  • Click on your e-card

You may also choose to submit your claims for Changi Rewards points by submitting the images of the receipt(s) through the Contact Us Webform found on www.changirewards.com/feedback.aspx or by emailing us at: enquiry@changiairport.com.

Do note that receipt(s) be clearly shown in the images and submitted not more than seven (7) days from the date of the qualifying transaction.

You can locate your Changi Rewards e-card easily with these steps: 

1. Opening your Changi App

2. Ensure you are on the "explore" tab under the navigation on the bottom of the screen

3. Click on the "Rewards Card" button on the top right of the screen
