2.1. This Shopping Promotion offers the following gifts, discounts and benefits:
a. Transit Event Sites:
i. No- Spend Game: Each In-Transit Participant is entitled to one (1) game play upon scanning their valid boarding pass at any game kiosk, at no cost and with no purchase required.
ii. Minimum-Spend Game: In-Transit Participants who make a qualifying purchase are entitled to game plays as follows:
1. One (1) game play for every S$60 spent in a single receipt, subject to a maximum of three (3) game plays per receipt (applicable to receipts of S$180 or more); and
2. The following additional game plays, based on the payment method and purchase channel used:
a. Payment made by Mastercard (non-iShopChangi purchase): one (1) additional game play;
b. Purchase made via iShopChangi (non-Mastercard payment): one (1) additional game play; or
c. Purchase made via iShopChangi and payment made by Mastercard: two (2) additional game plays.
b. Public Event Sites:
i. Minimum-Spend Game: Public Participants who made a qualifying purchase are entitled to game plays as follows:
1. One (1) game play for every S$60 spent in a single receipt, subject to a maximum of three (3) game plays per receipt (applicable to receipts of S$180 or more); and
2. The following additional game plays, based on the payment method and purchase channel used:
a. Purchase made by Mastercard (non-iShopChangi purchase): one (1) additional game play;
b. Purchase made via iShopChangi (non-Mastercard payment): one (1) additional game play; or
c. Purchase made via iShopChangi and payment made by Mastercard: two (2) additional game plays.

d. Tenant Tactical Promotions – The Shilla Duty Free and Lotte Duty Free
i. The following discounts are available at The Shilla Duty Free and Lotte Duty Free on qualifying single transactions made during the Promotion Period:
1. The Shilla Duty Free: S$20 off a single transaction with a minimum spend of S$300; or
2.Lotte Duty Free: S$10 return voucher with minimum spend of S$80.
2.2. Game Play Validity
a. QR codes printed on point-of-sale receipts are valid on the date of purchase only.
b. For purchases made via iShopChangi, QR codes issued in respect of orders placed during the Promotion Period are valid throughout the entire Promotion Period.
2.3. In relation to any minimum spends required for this Shopping Promotion:
a. A “Minimum Qualifying Spend” refers to a minimum spend of SGD60 in a single receipt, during the Promotion Period, at Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4 (the “Terminals”) or online via www.ishopchangi.com ("iShopChangi"); and
b. For all Minimum Qualifying Spend made across all platforms, the net amount spent by the Participant after any discounts, reductions and/or vouchers shall be taken. To avoid doubt, the following amounts shall be excluded from all Minimum Qualifying Spend:
i. Amounts paid using vouchers (including Capitaland vouchers, Changi Dollar Vouchers, e-Changi Dollar Vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Jewel Gift Vouchers and/or Changi Gift Cards);
ii. Amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) will not be counted towards the minimum spends required for the redemption of gifts, discounts or benefits.
iii. All amounts arising from or related to purchases and/or transactions made at service outlets and at the following outlets at Singapore Changi Airport or Jewel Changi Airport:
a. Banks
b. Money changing facilities
c. Medical clinics
d. Top-up card machines
e. Postal services & Post-on-Wheels
f. Lounges (Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use lounges)
g. Transit Hotels
h. Hotel reservation counters
i. Airport shuttle and transportation counters
j. Car Rental
k. Changi Recommends outlets and service counters
l. Passenger meeting services counters
m. Left luggage service counters
n. Telecommunication outlets and service counters (e.g. M1)

p. Crowne Plaza Hotel and YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport (including all retail, F&B or service within the hotels premises)
q. Tour and travel services
r. Apple Store in Jewel Changi Airport
s. Online purchases of any attractions or activities provided by Jewel Changi Airport
The list of excluded outlets in the Promotion is subject to change by CAG at its discretion without prior notice
2.4. The Shopping Promotion is applicable only at selected Participating Stores.
2.5. To qualify for the Shopping Promotion, sales transactions which have been used to qualify for the registration under the Shopping Promotion must not be cancelled or refunded. Winner(s) will be disqualified and their prize(s) will be forfeited if the sales transaction used to qualify for the registration for the game(s) is cancelled or refunded.
2.6. All vouchers are non-stackable with other promotions and not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, privileges, or vouchers unless stated otherwise.
2.7. In relation to prizes awarded under the Shopping Promotion, the following terms shall apply:
a. Prize outcomes in the Shopping Promotion are determined by a randomized electronic draw system operated by CAG’s appointed vendors. The system allocates prize outcomes on a randomized basis, subject to the prize pool available at each event site at the time of play;
b. The prizes available under the Shopping Promotion include cash prizes, consumer electronic, gold items, tenant vouchers and other premiums. A full list of prizes will be available onsite and on the Shopping Promotion page;
c. All prizes are subject to in-store availability and based on a while stock-last basis. Prizes may be reallocated by CAG across stations during the Promotion Period based on redemption rates and operational requirements;
d. All prizes are limited to one (1) redemption per person, in a single transaction;
e. All prizes are only valid for redemption for the period as notified by CAG, at the respective stores indicated on the prize slips, after which the relevant prize shall be deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions. CAG will not entertain any appeal whatsoever;
f. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. There shall be no refund or exchange for any partially used or unused prize. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the prizes without prior notice;
g. CAG shall not be liable to compensate any winner(s) if they are unable to use the prize. CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any prize;
h. CAG reserves the right to deny or claw back any prize awarded to any winner(s) should any of them be subsequently found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Shopping Promotion;
1. The winner(s) of the S$1,000 cash prize shall be responsible for all administrative and foreign exchange fees incurred in the disbursement of the prize. CAG reserves the right to deduct such fees from the prize amount, where applicable.
i. Failure to respond to any notification from CAG in relation to any prize won, to take the necessary steps to claim, redeem and/or book the prize, or to provide any information or material required for the claim/redemption/collection of any prize, shall be deemed a failure to claim/redeem such prize. Prizes must be collected as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize. There shall be no refund or exchange for any partially used or unused prize. CAG reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed Prizes to such charities of its choice or replace the winner with another Participant.
2.8. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.
2.9. Vouchers are valid only for the duration of the Promotion Period.
