Whether you're departing or arriving, this service is designed to assist you with your baggage needs, making your journey through Changi Airport as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

 

 

LET US ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR BAGS


A porter service is available at all terminals to help you with your luggage.


For departing passengers, this service will assist you with your luggage from your vehicle at the kerbside to the check-in counter.


For arriving passengers, this service will assist you with your luggage from the baggage claim belt to your vehicle.


Please make your booking at least 6 hours before your flight departs or arrives.

 

 

Rates


Up to 20 items - S$5.00 per item (a minimum charge of S$15.00 applies)

 

From 21 items onwards - Our staff will contact you on the pricing and arrangement    

 

Note:

A S$8.00 surcharge for transfer to T1, T2 and T3 will apply.

A S$14.00 surcharge to and from T4 and Yotel at Jewel will apply.

Only online payment is available as cash payment has discontinued.

 

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Limitations

  • The service is subject to availability and may be limited during peak times or due to unforeseen operational constraints.
  • Certain items may be excluded from the service due to size, weight, or safety reasons. Such items will be communicated upon booking.

Liabilities

  • While our porter service is dedicated to handling your luggage with utmost care, please note that we do not assume liability for the loss, damage, or theft of items during the provision of our services.
  • Passengers are strongly encouraged to ensure that their luggage is securely packed and, where applicable, insured for travel.

User Responsibilities

  • Users are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including flight details and the number of luggage items.
  • Users must adhere to the booking timeline, ensuring requests are made at least 6 hours before flight departure or arrival.
  • It is the user's responsibility to inform the porter service of any changes to their booking or if special handling is required for certain items.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any request for the service without assigning any reasons.

  • There will be no refund in case of the following:

    • Wrong information given about the travel details (e.g. Flight number, Date & Time) during the Booking Process;

    • NO-SHOW of Porter Service;

    • Delayed/ Missed or Cancelled flights;

    • Late arrival at the airport which results in denied check-in or boarding by the airlines;

    • Any misconduct or any unlawful or prohibited activity by the Passenger(s).

General Conduct

  • Users of the porter service are expected to treat all staff with respect and courtesy. Any form of abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.

Changes to Terms

  • Changi Airport reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the porter servicefollowing any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Yes, the porter service is available for both arriving and departing passengers, assisting with luggage from the kerbside to the check-in counter or from the baggage claim to your vehicle.
