The baggage tracker is a service by CAG to provide departing, arriving and transferring passengers with status updates of their bags as they travel through Changi Airport.

HOW TO USE THIS FEATURE
- For Departure
- For Arrival
- For Transfer
If your flight is departing from Changi Airport, you will be able to track your bags from the time you check-in for your flight, up till the point your bags are loaded into the aircraft.
If your flight is arriving at Changi Airport, you will be able to track your bags from the time you check-in for your flight at your flight's departing airport, up till the point your bags are delivered to the baggage claim belt at Changi Airport.
If you have an onward connecting flight at Changi Airport, you will be able to track your bags at the following touchpoints, if the airlines you are flying with are participating in our baggage tracker service:
- At check-in, at your flight's departing airport
- When your bag(s) arrives at Changi Airport
- When your bag(s) is loaded into the aircraft of your departing flight

- Participating Airlines
Your airline(s) may not be participating on the baggage tracker (see here for list of participating airlines), but we are continually working with the airlines operating at Changi Airport to bring as many airlines onboard as possible. If you believe that this is an error, please email enquiry@changiairport.com , or give feedback through the widget found in the baggage tracker.

The information provided by your airline and our tracker could be similar. Your airline may provide additional information only available to them, while our tracker may have information displayed that is integrated with our airport facilities.
The “loaded” status refers to your checked-in bags being placed into containers / trolleys bound for your departing aircraft.
The Changi Baggage Tracker utilises a combination of information provided by the airline you travel on and Changi Airport’s baggage system to provide you with a journey of your bags through Changi Airport.
Please check at the transfer counter to confirm that your bags have been checked through to the final destination.
