Can You Be A Goalkeeper Contest (the “Event”)
1. The Event is organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”).
2. By participating in this Event and, where your entry features a child in your care, by allowing that child (your “Participating Child”) to take part, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html), which together constitute a binding agreement between you (the “Participant” or “you”) and CAG. These Conditions govern your participation and that of your Participating Child in this Event.
3. In these Conditions, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean CAG, CAG’s appointed contractors (as described in the Parts below), our respective subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as our directors, officers, agents and employees or independent contractors as the context requires.
4. The Event shall be held from 22 June 2026 till 21 July 2026 (the “Event Period”).
5. Participants shall be physically present at the Keeper Reaction machines (ie. goalkeeper reaction game machines – “Keeper Reaction”) located in Changi Airport transit areas to record their game attempt, at the following locations listed below:
a. Terminal 1 Departure Hall transit, level 2, TV lounge near Paul’s; or
b. Terminal 3 Departure Hall transit, level 2, TV lounge near Travelex Money Changer, (each an “Event Location”)
6. Participants are required to complete the following steps to be eligible for the Event (“Qualified Entry”):
a. Record a video of their game attempt at Keeper Reaction, obtaining a minimum score of ten (10);
b. The video must showcase creative and original goalkeeping moves and/or iconic actions, which will be assessed as set out in the Assessment clause below (clause 9);
c. Post the video of their game attempt on either a) Instagram or b) TikTok, with the hashtag #ChangiFootballFever;
d. Tag the official accounts of Changi Airport of the social media site the video was posted on;
e. Participants’ social media account and post must be set to public;
f. Be a passenger travelling on a flight operating into and/or out of Changi Airport during the Event Period, and where the entry features a Participating Child, the Participating Child must likewise be present at the Event Location as a travelling passenger; and
g. Where the entry features a Participating Child, the post must be made from your own account (which must be public under sub-clause (e)) and not from any account belonging to the Participating Child.
7. The most creative Qualified Entries shall be eligible for the prizes as set out below:
a. Top prize: 200,000 Changi Rewards points: One (1) winner
b. Second prize: 60,000 Changi Rewards points: One (1) winner
c. Third prize: 20,000 Changi Rewards points: One (1) winner
d. Consolation prize: LEGO® FIFA World Cup 2026TM Official Emblem: two (2) winners
8. All prizes are awarded to, and any Changi Rewards points are credited to, the Participant's Changi Rewards account. No prize is awarded to, or in the name of, a Participating Child. A Participant need not be a Changi Rewards member to enter, but must be a registered Changi Rewards member, and must provide valid membership details, at the point of prize award in order to receive a prize. A winner who is not a registered Changi Rewards member, or who fails to provide valid membership details, by the prize-fulfilment deadline shall forfeit the prize, and CAG shall be under no obligation to award an alternative or replacement prize.
9. CAG will assess entries and select winners based on the following criterion:
a. Only a Qualified Entry is assessed; the minimum score of ten (10) is a threshold for eligibility only and does not contribute to ranking.
b. A Qualified Entry are assessed by a panel appointed by CAG against the following criteria: creativity and originality of the goalkeeping moves and/or iconic actions; entertainment value; and relevance to the spirit of the Event.
c. The panel selects the first, second and third prize winners, and up to two (2) consolation winners, from the most creative Qualified Entries.
d. Where entries are assessed as equal, the panel will make a further comparative assessment and, if still tied, a casting decision.
e. CAG may disqualify any entry that is fabricated, manipulated, or whose score or engagement has been artificially inflated (including by bots, paid engagement, or multiple or fake accounts), and may require verification of any score.
f. The panel’s and CAG’s decisions on eligibility, assessment and selection of winners are final and binding, sand CAG will not enter into correspondence on them.
g. Winners are determined after the Event Period and notified in accordance with the notification clause below.
Each Participant may post any number of entries. Each entry is eligible for consideration for one (1) prize only, and each Particpany is eligible to win one (1) prize only, regardless of the number of entries they post.
10. Winners shall be notified via the Participant’s social media handles within ten (10) calendar days after the end of the Event Period, and shall respond with the required information for verification within ten (10) calendar days upon CAG’s notification. Failure to respond to and/or provide the required information within the stipulated response time, shall be deemed to have forfeit the prize.
11. Verification checks on the Changi Rewards membership will be conducted at the point of prize fulfilment by CAG. The Changi Rewards membership number shall be provided and will be recorded for the prize redemption. Invalid or incomplete membership details will not be accepted.
12. Participants shall note that by joining the Changi Rewards membership program, the Participant agrees that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and agrees to the terms and conditions set out in the Changi Rewards membership program, which may be updated from time to time, available via the website at https://www.changiairport.com/en/rewards/changi-rewards-terms-and-conditions.html
13. CAG reserves the right to reject redemption of the prize due to incomplete information provided, invalid Changi Rewards membership details and/or unruly or unsafe behaviour by Participants, at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Participant for the failure to redeem the prize.
15. The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or any other benefits-in-kind. CAG reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond CAG’s control makes it necessary to do so.
16. The Changi Rewards points awarded are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the crediting to the winner’s Changi Rewards account. No extension on the validity date shall be granted on the awarded points. The points may be used only on the Changi Rewards programme during that validity period, and all terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards programme (which may be updated from time to time) apply to their use. Winners should check the latest information on Changi Airport’s website or the Changi App.
17. Participants are to immediately cease participation in the Event and inform any airport staff member if they are feeling unwell.
18. Participation in the Event is strictly at your own risk. By participating and, where applicable, allowing your Participating Child, to participate in the Event, you declare that you and/or your Participating Child are in good mental and physical health and do not have any health condition (including but not limited to motion sickness, heart, neck, back or leg conditions) that may be detrimental to your and/or your Participating Child’s well-being in participating in the Event, and further that neither you nor your Participating Child is under the influence of any alcohol and/or medication that may influence your or their ability to participate in the Event.
19. The Event is open only to individuals (natural persons) aged eighteen (18) and above travelling on a flight operating into and/or out of Changi Airport. No entry may be submitted by or on behalf of any corporation or other entity. A Participating Child need not be a Changi Rewards member but must be present at the Event Location as a travelling passenger.
20. Employees of CAG, employees of any vendor or agency engaged in operating or judging the Event, and the immediate family members of any of them are excluded from participating in the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, airport staff who are not employees of CAG and who take part as bona fide travelling passengers are not excluded from the Event.
21. CAG has the sole and absolute discretion to make any decision regarding the Event and shall have no obligation to provide any reasons. A Participant who takes part in the Event shall be deemed to have agreed and acknowledged that the decisions of CAG is final and binding on him/her. CAG will not consider any appeal nor enter into any correspondence with any Participant.
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and all CAG’s appointed vendors, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any damage or personal injury to you or to any Participant or any Participating Child in this Event, and/or loss or damage to any property sustained as a result of your or their participation in this Event, including without limitation all direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, cost and expense, or loss of profits; and (ii) by participating in and allowing your Participating Child to participate in this Event, you agree to indemnify CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees against all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses which may be made against or suffered by CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees, in respect of any injury (including fatal injury), loss or damage to property and any claim arising out of or in connection with any entry or content posted by you (including any claim relating to intellectual property, defamation, privacy, or breach of any platform’s terms, and any claim relating to your Participating Child or the use of their image), arising out of or in connection with your and/or any Participant’s participation in this Event.
23. All Participants shall at all times follow the instructions of CAG and its employees, vendors, contractors, and agents, adhere to safety measures at the Event site for their own safety and well-being. We reserve the right to deny entry to participate in the Event if there are any breach of these Conditions. CAG further reserves the right to refuse or terminate any person’s participation in the Event (or any part of it) for any reason, including unsafe or unruly behaviour that may cause harm or damage to that person, any other person or property.
24. By participating in and allowing a Participating Child to participate in this Event and providing your personal data and the personal data of your Participating Child to CAG, you consent to the collection, use or disclosure of the personal data of yourself and your Participating Child, in accordance with CAG’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 as may be updated from time to time (and you expressly consent, as the parent or legal guardian of your Participating Child, to CAG’s collection, use and disclosure of your Participating Child’s personal data, including their image and recorded performance, for the Event and for CAG’s marketing and publicity purposes), for CAG’s reasonable business purposes including without limitation: to administer the Event, statistical analyses, marketing, survey participation, to ensure compliance with and to enforce these Conditions, to address queries CAG may receive in relation to your or any Participant’s participation in this Event, to protect the safety and security of CAG staff and property, and/or to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and/or orders of court requiring disclosure of your and/or any Participant’s personal data.
25. CAG reserves the right to amend these Conditions without further notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such amended Conditions.
26. By submitting an entry, you warrant that: (a) the entry is your own original creation; (b) you own or are licensed to use all content in it, including any music, and its use by CAG will not infringe any third party’s rights; (c) you have not captured any identifiable third party without that person’s consent, and have not filmed any restricted or security area; (d) the entry is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or in breach of any platform’s terms; and (e) where the entry features a Participating Child, you are that child’s parent or legal guardian and are authorised to enter the Event and to give the consents and licences in these Conditions on the child’s behalf. CAG may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entry or Participant, or remove or decline to use any entry, that does not comply with these Conditions.
27. You grant CAG a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, broadcast and display your entry, together with your name and social media handle and your Participating Child’s image, likeness and recorded performance, in any media for CAG’s marketing, publicity and related business purposes, without further consent, notification or compensation. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the entry.
28. The Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok or Meta, or with the LEGO Group or the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). By participating, you release each of Instagram, TikTok, Meta and FIFA from all liability in connection with the Event and acknowledge that you are providing your information to CAG and not to the platform. LEGO® and FIFA World Cup 2026™, and all related names, logos and marks, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the prize.
29. You must comply with all airport filming and security requirements when recording your entry. You must not film any security-screening point or restricted area, must not obstruct airport operations, and must not capture any other passenger or person (other than your Participating Child) in an identifiable manner without their consent.
30. CAG may at any time and without liability suspend, shorten, modify or cancel the Event, in whole or in part, including for reasons beyond its reasonable control or for operational reasons such as unavailability of the Keeper Reaction machines.
31. These Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
32. A person who is not a party to these Conditions has no right to enforce any of them.
33. If any provision of these Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Conditions and CAG’s Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement relating to the Event. No failure or delay by CAG in exercising any right is a waiver of it.
