Yes. You can purchase Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits at full price of S$30 for 30 credits or S$50 for 60 credits. If you pay by Mastercard, you get to enjoy more credits at S$30 for 35 credits and S$50 for 65 credits.

You may approach the event crew at the Customer Service counter located at Terminal 3, Basement 2, opposite Kopitiam. The operating hours of the counter are 10:00AM to 10:30PM daily.
1. The Event, Bellygom Hawker Carnival is organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”).
2. By participating in and/or allowing your child/ward to participate in this Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html, which together constitute a binding agreement between you and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”), governing your and/or your child’s/ward’s participation in this Event.
3. In these Conditions, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean CAG, CAG’s appointed contractors, our respective subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as our directors, officers, agents and employees or independent contractors as the context requires.
QUALIFICATIONS
4. This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members only from 13 March 2026 to 3 May 2026.
5. For a minimum spent of S$30 in a single same day receipt (S$80 at supermarkets) from Participating Outlets at Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 public areas (collectively ‘Changi Airport Public Areas’) entitles shopper to redeem 5 Free Carnival Credits per qualifying receipt regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required, for play at the Bellygom Hawker Carnival event.
6. Payment made by Mastercard or Mastercard on Changi Pay will be entitled to an additional 3 Free Carnival Credits, limited to the first 5,000 redemptions only.
7. To qualify, receipt purchases must be made during the campaign period from 13 March 2026 to 3 May 2026. Receipts are valid for a period of one (1) day from the date of receipt for redemption of the Free credits. Note: Receipts from Jewel Changi Airport are NOT eligible for the promotion.
8. For the purposes of the Qualifying Receipts, the payment modes accepted to meet the qualifying spend are:
a. Cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency)
b. NETS and Credit cards
9. Payments made using other payment modes not mentioned above (such as Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVoucher, Changi Gift Cards, tenant vouchers e.g. NTUC vouchers) are excluded from the computation of the qualifying spend amount. However, such non-eligible payment modes may still be used for partial payment for the transaction, provided that the balance amount paid in cash, NETS, credit cards, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers or Changi Gift Cards meets the qualifying spend amount.
10. Participating outlets for the Promotion includes all retail and F&B outlets operating at the public areas in Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4 except the following: -

11. For shoppers who paid using cash or a credit card and present their Changi Rewards physical card or e-card at the point of transaction, the perks to receive the Free Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits will be auto credited into the shopper’s Changi Rewards account and will be valid for redemption within 7 days from the date of perk issuance.
12. If the e-card is not presented at the point of transaction, shoppers can manually upload a copy of the receipt on the Changi App within one (1)7 days from the receipt date to receive the perks to redeem the free Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits in their Changi Rewards account. For avoidance of doubt, no perks shall be given if the receipt is uploaded more than one (1)7 days from the receipt date. Once the receipt is validated, the perks credits will be credited to their Changi Rewards account and shoppers may redeem the Free Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits within the next 7 days from the date of perk credit issuance.
13. Redemption of Bellygom Hawker Carnival credits must be redeemed via the Changi App and are on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to availability.
14. Direct purchase of Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits is also available at via the Changi App as folows:

15. All Carnival Credits (regardless of whether they are purchased via Playpass or redeemed) have no monetary value, are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged (whether wholly or partly) for cash or credit.
16. All Carnival Credits and physical tokens are valid only during the Event Period, during the Carnival’s Operating Hours, and any redemption of Carnival Credits and physical tokens shall be on a first come, first served basis. Any unredeemed/unused Carnival Credits and physical tokens after the Event Period will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. We will not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to failure to redeem and/or utilise any Carnival Credits and/or physical tokens.
17. All redemptions must be made via the Changi App Credits with valid Changi Rewards membership account. New members are required to download the Changi App for purchase of Carnival Credits.
18. Participants must present their Changi Rewards e-Card QR code or booking confirmation email to the Bellygom Hawker Carnival Redemption booth to exchange for physical tokens for play at the carnival.
19. All redemptions and purchases of Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale. a
20. No refunds will be given after the purchase of Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits.
21. The carnival game stall will only accept physical tokens for play and each stall will display the required number of tokens required for play.
22. Instructions for play and win mechanics will be displayed at the stalls. The game master at each game stall reserves the right to determine the outcome of each game. All decisions made by the Game Master regarding game play and results are final and binding. No disputes will be entertained.

24. Participants who win a game will be awarded carnival coupons which may be accumulated and used to redeemed for prizes listed in the prize catalogue according to the corresponding coupon tier. Prizes are available on a while stocks last basis and are subjected to change.

29. Individuals must always adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the carnival operator.
30. Individuals under the strong influence of alcohol are not allowed into Bellygom Hawker Carnival.
31. No food and drinks allowed in the Bellygom Hawker Carnival. Alcohol and glass containers are strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed within the event premise.
32. Weapons, illegal substances and any other prohibited items are not allowed in the carnival premises.
33. Violent play or deliberate pushing is not permitted.
34. The carnival operator has the right to refuse entry or terminate play if the above conditions are not met and no refunds shall be entertained.
35. CAG will not be held responsible for any accidental injuries during play as per terms and conditions accepted prior redemption for this activity.
36. CAG acknowledges that all personal property brought into Bellygom Hawker Carnival by participant is at participant's risk and that CAG/Event Organiser shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of such personal property.
37. Participation in the Event is strictly at your own risk. By participating in and/or allowing your child/children/ward/s to participate, you declare that you and/or your child/children/ward/s are in good mental and physical health and do not have any conditions (e.g. motion sickness, heart, neck, back or leg problems) that may be detrimental to your well-being by participating, nor are you under the influence of any medication that may influence your ability to move.
38. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any damage or personal injury to you or to any Participant in this Event, and/or loss or damage to any property sustained as a result of your or their participation in this Event, including without limitation all direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, cost and expense, or loss of profits; and (ii) By participating in and allowing your child/ward to participate in this Event, you agree to indemnify CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees against all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses which may be made against or suffered by CAG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees, in respect of any injury (including fatal injury), loss or damage to property arising out of or in connection with your and/or any Participant’s participation in this Event.”
39. All participants are required to follow the instructions of the crew and adhere to safety measures at the event site for their own safety and well-being. CAG and our operators reserve the right to deny entry to the Event or to request that any participant exits from the Event in the event the participant(s) fails to comply with the instructions or safety measures. In such event, there shall be no refund of any Bellygom Hawker Carnival Credits purchased.
40. To promote and advertise the event, CAG reserves the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers as guest/customers at the event and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of CAG. Further, by participating in and allowing any child/ward under your care to participate in this Event and providing your personal data and the personal data of the participants to us, you consent to the collection, use or disclosure of the personal data of yourself and all participants, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 as updated from time to time, for CAG’s reasonable business purposes including without limitation: to administer any relevant lucky draw, statistical analyses, marketing, survey participation, to ensure compliance with and to enforce these Conditions, to address queries we receive in relation to your or any participant’s participation in this Event, to protect the safety and security of our staff and property, and/or to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and/or orders of court requiring disclosure of your and/or any Participant’s personal data.
41. CAG reserves the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any person for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behaviour that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons and/or property.
42. CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Event and its promotion is final, conclusive, and binding.
43. CAG reserves the right to amend these Conditions without further notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such amended Conditions.
1. This Changi Rewards Catalogue Redemption for Bellygom Pouch (available in Black or Pastel Pink) (“Redemption”) is open to all Changi Rewards members.
2. This Redemption will be available from 13 Mar 2026 at 00:00 (SGT) until 3 May 2026 at 22:00 (SGT) ("Redemption Period"). The Redemption is subject to and governed by these Redemption terms and conditions ("T&Cs").
3. Changi Rewards members may redeem one (1) Bellygom Pouch (“Reward”) with 1,900 Changi Rewards points through the Changi Rewards catalogue.
4. Redemption for the Reward is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited stocks available. Limited to two (2) redemptions per colour per Changi Rewards member during the Redemption Period.
5. The Reward cannot be exchanged for any form of cash, credit, services or other items. The Reward cannot be refunded once redeemed in the Changi App.
6. After a Changi Rewards member redeems his Changi Rewards points for the Reward (“Eligible Member”), a reward voucher will be automatically issued to that Eligible Member’s Changi Account under the “Vouchers, Prizes & Redemption” tab in the Changi App. That Eligible Member may present his reward voucher via the Changi App to redeem his reward voucher for the Reward at the Customer Service counter at Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Public), Basement 2 (opposite NTUC FairPrice) (“Redemption Booth”), 10:00 – 22:30 (SGT) daily, during the period from 1820 Mar 2026 to 3 May 2026. To collect the Reward, Eligible Members must present a valid and unredeemed reward voucher to the redemption booth staff for redemption and would be required to swipe and redeem the reward voucher in the presence of the redemption booth staff. The redemption booth staff reserves the right to reject any invalid or redeemed reward vouchers. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale.
7. CAG reserves the right to terminate the Redemption anytime, or to vary these T&Cs from time to time, without prior notice. CAG may notify Changi Rewards members of such changes by publishing the revised T&Cs at www.changiairport.com/en/happenings/promotions/bellygom-premiums.html or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any change to these T&Cs shall be effective from the date of publishing the Redemption T&Cs in the foregoing manner.
8. CAG’s decision on all matters in relation to the Redemption will be final and binding on all Changi Rewards members.
9. The terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (available at https://www.changiairport.com/en/rewards/changi-rewards-terms-and-conditions.html) shall also apply to this Redemption where applicable.
10. The conduct and administration of the Redemption requires the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Changi Rewards member’s personal data, such as that Changi Rewards member’s Changi Account membership ID. By participating in the Redemption, (a) each Changi Rewards member agrees that CAG may use his personal data that he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Redemption, including but not limited to the issuing and redemption of the reward voucher, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Redemption (the “Relevant Purposes”); and (b) each Changi Rewards member consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). If that Changi Rewards member provides information about any individual other than himself, that Changi Rewards member represents and warrants that he has valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and he has ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Changi Rewards member also represents and warrants that the information he provides is complete and accurate.
11. (a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Redemption.
(b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG, its employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be liable to any participant for any injury, damage, loss, compensation, liability, cost or expense suffered or incurred by the participant arising out of or in connection with the Redemption.
12. The T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection with the Redemption and/or the T&Cs.
