1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The Buddy Bear Stamp Hunt Campaign (the “Promotion”) is organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("CAG"). By participating in the Promotion, each Participant (as defined below) confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Promotion-related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto, as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).
2. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2.1 The Promotion shall commence from 2:00PM (SGT) on 4 August 2025 and end on 10:00PM (SGT) on 31 August 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.2 As at the time of participation in the Promotion, the Promotion is open to persons:
(a) who meet the specific requirements of the Promotion as detailed in Clause 3 below; and
(b) who do not fall within the Excluded Categories (as defined below),
(each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”).
2.3 “Excluded Categories” refer to:
(a) any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry of and/or during the Promotion);
(b) any person whose participation in and/or association with the Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or the Promotion any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or the Promotion to be perceived unfavourably; and/or
(c) any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by CAG as being ineligible from time to time.
2.4 CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Promotion, and CAG may at any time during the Promotion, disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria and such person shall have no claim against CAG for any reason whatsoever.
3. SPECIFIC TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION
3.1 A “Minimum Qualifying Spend” refers to a minimum spend of S$15 in a single receipt, during the Promotion Period, at Hub & Spoke Café.
3.2 To participate in the Promotion, Participants who have made the Minimum Qualifying Spend must present their Changi Rewards membership e-card on the Changi App for scanning at the time of making payment at the point-of-sale counter. Participants will then be issued a perk on the app, which must be used to redeem a stamp hunt pass. Upon presenting this to the Hub & Spoke Café staff, Participants will be issued a physical stamp card (the “Stamp Hunt Card”), which they can use to start collecting stamps at various locations around Changi Airport, as listed below:

3.3 Each Participant may be issued only one (1) Stamp Hunt Card. The Stamp Hunt Cards are given on a first-come-first-served and while stocks-last-basis. No replacements will be provided for lost or damaged Stamp Hunt Cards.
4. PRIZES
4.1 Upon collecting all six unique stamps on the Stamp Hunt Card, Participants will be entitled to redeem one (1) Buddy Bear keychain (worth S$18) (design given at random). Redemption of the Buddy Bear keychain must be made at Gift by Changi Airport at Jewel L4 during the Promotion Period. To redeem, Participants must show their completed Stamp Hunt Card to the Gift by Changi Airport staff and present their Changi Rewards membership e-card for scanning. Only one Stamp Hunt Card per Changi Rewards account is allowed. Each completed Stamp Hunt Card can only be used to redeem a maximum of one (1) Buddy Bear keychain.
4.2 Additionally, Participants who purchase a Changi Experience Studio ticket during the Promotion Period will receive a bonus Buddy Bear enamel pin at the Changi Experience Studio counter.
4.3 The Buddy Bear keychain and Buddy Bear enamel pin are available on a first-come-first-served and while-stocks-last basis.
4.4 CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Participant(s) if they are unable or fail to redeem the Buddy Bear keychain or Buddy Bear enamel pin.
4.5 The Buddy Bear keychain and Buddy Bear enamel pin are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1 The conduct and administration of the Promotion may require the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Participant’s personal data, such as that Participant’s Changi Account membership ID. By participating in the Promotion, (a) each Participant agrees that CAG may use their personal data that they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion, including but not limited to the issuing and redemption of the Stamp Hunt Card, Buddy Bear keychain and Buddy Bear enamel pin, and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Promotion (the “Relevant Purposes”); and (b) each Participant consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data they have provided to CAG or that CAG holds about them, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). If that Participant provides information about any individual other than themselves, that Participant represents and warrants that they have valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and they have ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Participant also represents and warrants that the information they provide is complete and accurate.
6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
6.2 Participants agree that they will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1 CAG reserves the right to:
(a) refuse the participation of any person in the Promotion and/or disqualify any Participant of the Promotion for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behaviour that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other person; and
(b) change or vary these Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
7.2 CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding the Promotion contained on its official website, or on any Promotion-related collaterals/materials. All information is accurate at time of print/publishing. CAG shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to the Promotion.
7.3 CAG reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding the Promotion on its official website or on Promotion-related collaterals/materials, to correct any errors in any notified Promotion mechanics, or evaluate the Promotion submissions. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on CAG’s official website. CAG accepts no liabilities arising from or in connection with these corrections or amendments, including without limitation any liabilities resulting from the correction.
7.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to a Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
7.5 These Terms and Conditions may be translated into another language other than English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other translation hereof, the English language version shall prevail.
7.6 All decisions made by CAG regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions or on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive in each case.
7.7 CAG reserves the right to cancel the Promotion.
7.8 These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
7.9 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of Singapore.
