From 7 July to 30 September 2025, reward yourself while you travel! Receive S$10 Changi Return e-Voucher with minimum spend of S$100, when you shop at participating outlets within the Departure Transit area (Terminals 1–4)

 

 

The promotion is valid in-store only and not applicable on iShopChangi. Spend must exclude Changi Pay e-Vouchers, Changi Rewards Points, and other in-store promotions or discounts. Participants must be a Changi Rewards member. Other terms and conditions apply.

 

 

HOW TO QUALIFY

To qualify for the promotion, simply:

  1. Meet minimum spend of S$100 in a single receipt at any participating outlets in Transit (Terminal 1 – 4) AND  

  2. Be an existing Changi Rewards member.

If you do not have an existing Changi Rewards membership, you may sign up before the point of purchase here: https://changi.me/mcchangiapp and scan your Changi Rewards Card upon payment. Changi Rewards Card must be scanned upon point of purchase, to receive the Changi Return e-Vouchers in member’s account. 
 

To redeem the e-Voucher, simply:

Flash your Changi Rewards card and a valid boarding pass. The Shilla Duty Free and Lotte Duty Free cashiers will scan your Changi Rewards card to apply the Changi Return e-Vouchers to your transaction.  

The Changi Return e-Voucher may only be redeemed at The Shilla Duty Free and Lotte Duty Free in-stores within Departure Hall (Terminals 1-4) only, on your next flight out of Changi Airport. It is not applicable on iShopChangi. It also cannot be used for purchase of any tobacco products. Product exclusions may apply.    

 

 

All transit F&B and retail outlets within Transit areas (Terminal 1 – 4). The promotion does not apply to the purchase of services.

You will qualify for the promotion if you meet the S$100 minimum spend in a single receipt for participating stores in Transit, AND are an existing Changi Rewards member. This is because the Changi Return e-Voucher will be issued to you via the Changi App.  

If you do not have an existing Changi Rewards membership, you may sign up before the point of purchase, and scan your Rewards Card upon payment. Rewards Card must be scanned upon point of purchase, to receive the Changi Return e-Vouchers in member’s account.

No, you do not. To qualify for the promotion, you only need to meet the minimum spends to be issued the Changi Return e-Voucher.    

Qualification is based on the minimum spend in one receipt per Changi Rewards member per day. You will not be able to combine receipts to hit the minimum spend, or receive more than two S$10 Changi Return e-Vouchers on the same day. As such, so long as you meet the S$100 minimum spend in a single receipt, you will be awarded with a S$10 Changi Return e-Voucher in a day. 

Each Changi Rewards member who meets the minimum spend is entitled to one Changi Return e-Voucher issued per day. If the Changi Rewards member meets the minimum spend on a second receipt on another day, the customer can still receive a second S$10 Changi Return e-Voucher.   

Yes, each Changi Rewards member will be rewarded with one Changi Return e-Voucher per day. If the Changi Rewards member travels out of Singapore 5 times during campaign period, the member can receive 5 x $10 Changi Return e-Voucher (provided he meets the minimum spend on each trip). This is also subject to the Changi Return e-Vouchers still being available for giving out.

Once you qualify, the Changi Return e-Voucher will be automatically issued into your Changi Rewards Account, which you may access through the Changi App. The Changi Return e-Voucher will be found under ‘Vouchers, Prizes & Redemptions’ in your Changi App account.  

The Changi Return e-Voucher will automatically be issued to your Changi Rewards account via the Changi App after 24 hours after the qualifying purchase is made. If the Changi Return e-Voucher does not appear after 24 hours, please submit your enquiry through our online form here: https://www.changiairport.com/en/rewards/feedback.html

You will receive an ‘offer’ on Changi App, which will direct you to your Changi Rewards card. To redeem the Changi Return e-Voucher, simply flash your Changi Rewards card to Shilla and Lotte cashiers to scan your Changi Rewards card to apply the Changi Return e-Vouchers to your transaction.    

No, the Changi Return e-Vouchers cannot be stacked in a single receipt. The Changi Return e-Vouchers can be redeemed on a 1 per Changi Rewards member per transaction basis. Therefore, if you have 5 Changi Return e-Vouchers in your Changi Rewards account you may utilise all 5 Changi Return e-Vouchers on the same day, so long as you make 5 transactions in the same day.

For The Shilla Duty Free, brand exclusions are Chanel and Dior. There are no brand exclusions for Lotte Duty Free, except that the Changi Return e-Vouchers cannot be used for purchase of any tobacco products.   

No. The application of Changi Pay e-Vouchers and Changi Rewards Points, and other in-store promotions, discounts and/or offers, cannot be counted towards the minimum spend and/or accumulated nett spend.  

 

1. (a) This Shopping Promotion (as described at paragraph 1(b) below) is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”). 

    (b) Shopping Promotion – a Changi Rewards member who meets the minimum spend of S$100 at the participating outlets (as set out at paragraph 4 below) (“Eligible Member”) shall be entitled to receive a S$10 Changi Return e-Voucher.

2. By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all participants shall be bound by the Shopping Promotion terms and conditions herein and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion. 

3. This Shopping Promotion shall be from 0001 hours (SGT) on 7 July 2025 to 2359 hours (SGT) on 30 September 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). 

4. Subject to paragraph 9 below, the Shopping Promotion is applicable at all participating outlets (excluding The Shilla Duty Free and Lotte Duty Free stores in Arrival Halls in Terminals 1-4), and products in Changi Airport Transit as set out in these terms and conditions. It cannot be combined with other existing promotions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Shopping Promotion does not apply to the purchase of services, even if offered by participating outlets. 

5. Each Eligible Member may be issued only one (1) Changi Return e-Voucher per day. The Changi Return e-Vouchers are given on a first-come, first-served, and while stocks last basis.

6. Validity period of the Changi Return e-Voucher issued shall be six (6) months from date of issue. 

7. The Changi Return e-Voucher does not have any minimum spend requirement and may only be redeemed on the Changi Rewards member’s next flight out of Singapore, with a valid boarding pass. Only one Changi Return e-Voucher may be used for each transaction, with no cap on the number of transactions a member can make with Changi Return e-Voucher per day.

8. The Changi Return e-Voucher may be redeemed at selected participating outlets and products (as set out in the table below), and cannot be combined with other existing promotions. Product exclusions may apply.

9. Amounts paid or payable for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) will not be eligible or count towards the minimum spend amount under the Shopping Promotion, and also cannot be offset with the Changi Return e-Voucher given. 

10. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS  

a. CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. 

b. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Shopping Promotion. 

c. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice. 

d. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail. 

e. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

f. The Changi Return e-Voucher is non-exchangeable and once it is redeemed and used, it is not refundable. Illustration: If the participant refunds the purchase that the Changi Return e-Voucher is being used for, that Changi Return e-Voucher is considered as redeemed and will not be refunded even if the purchase transaction was being refunded. 

g. The conduct and administration of the Shopping Promotion may require the collection, use, disclosure or other processing of a Changi Rewards member’s personal data, such as that Changi Rewards member’s Changi Account membership ID. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, (a) each Changi Rewards member agrees that CAG may use his personal data that he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, and disclose same to CAG’s third party service providers, for the purposes of conducting and administering the Shopping Promotion, including but not limited to the issuing and redemption of the Changi Return e-Voucher(s), and any other relevant administrative matters before, during and after the Shopping Promotion (the “Relevant Purposes”); and (b) each Changi Rewards member consents to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of the personal data he has provided to CAG or that CAG holds about him, in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html). If that Changi Rewards member provides information about any individual other than himself, that Changi Rewards member represents and warrants that he has valid authority and consent from the other individual(s) to do so, and he has ensured that the other individual(s) understands how such information will be used. That Changi Rewards member also represents and warrants that the information he provides is complete and accurate.
