• The Promotion will run from 24 - 26 Jul, 31 Jul - 2 Aug and 7 - 9 Aug 2026 only, (both dates inclusive).​​

• The list of participating outlets includes Changi Airport retail outlets at the public areas of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 (except money changing facilities, medical clinics, top-up card machines, postal services, telecommunication outlets including StarHub, pay-per-use and airline lounges, Changi Recommends outlets and service counters, MindChamps PreSchool, Jewel Changi Airport and Crowne Plaza Hotel, as per current exclusion list for use of Changi Rewards card).​

• Customers must be a registered Changi Rewards member to enjoy the 2XGST discount. ​

• The Changi Rewards membership e-card must be presented upon making payment at participating retail outlets.​

• The 2XGST discount will only be applied to transactions with a nett transaction value of S$30 after deduction of all in-store discounts, on-going promotions, and CR member GST absorption.​

• Participating outlets that are non-GST registered companies will be absorbing the 9% as a discount to customers.​

• Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.​

• CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.​

• The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by Changi Airport (S) Pte Ltd will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.​

• CAG and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss, or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion. ​

• The Promotion is valid from 24 - 26 July, 31 July - 2 August and 7 - 9 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) or until all available Changi Pay e-Vouchers have been issued, whichever is earlier, or such other period(s) as may be determined by Changi Airport Group in its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

• Changi Pay e-Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to voucher availability under each spending tier. Once all available e-Vouchers under a spending tier have been issued, no further e-Vouchers will be awarded under that tier, regardless of whether the Promotion Period has ended.

• The Promotion is open to registered users of Changi Pay (i.e., the digital wallet within the Changi App) who make payment using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card issued in Singapore and linked to their Changi Pay digital wallet (each a “Participant”).

• To qualify for the Promotion, the Participant must complete a successful payment using Mastercard via Changi Pay at any participating retail outlets located in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals during the Promotion Period and meet one of the following minimum nett spend* requirements:

  • Spend between S$60 and S$99.99 in a single receipt to receive one (1) S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher; or

  • Spend S$100 and above in a single receipt to receive one (1) S$12 Changi Pay e-Voucher.

  • *Minimum nett spend refers to the final payable amount after deduction of all in-store discounts, ongoing promotions, CR member GST absorption (1^st 9%) and 2XGST promo discount (2^nd 9%).

• Upon meeting the qualifying spending requirement, the respective Changi Pay e-Voucher will be automatically credited to the Participant’s Changi Pay digital wallet.

• Each qualifying receipt is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Changi Pay e-Voucher, regardless of the transaction amount.

• During the Promotion Period, each Participant may receive a maximum of:

  • Three (3) S$5 Changi Pay e-Vouchers; and

  • Three (3) S$12 Changi Pay e-Vouchers.

• Splitting of transactions or receipts within the same outlets to qualify for additional Changi Pay e-Vouchers is not permitted.

• If the Changi Pay e-Voucher is not credited immediately upon completion of a qualifying transaction, it will be credited into the Participant’s Changi Pay digital wallet account within fourteen (14) working days.

• Changi Pay e-Vouchers can be used for a subsequent purchase with no minimum spend at participating outlets across all Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public Areas only) and iShopChangi.com (excluding Terminal 2 Staff Canteen and Jewel Changi Airport).

• To use the Changi Pay e-Voucher, the Participant must apply the e-Voucher before completing payment via Changi Pay.

• Changi Pay e-Vouchers must be redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of e-Vouchers. Any unused or unredeemed Changi Pay e-Vouchers will expire automatically and be deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions, refunds, or replacement given. CAG will not entertain any appeal whatsoever.

• The Promotion, Changi Pay e-Vouchers (or any part thereof, including unutilized portion) are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-assignable and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-Vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-Vouchers. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the e-Vouchers terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Any disputes regarding the goods or services comprising or relating to the Promotion should be resolved directly with participating merchants in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals.

• In the event of any dispute or complaint related to the Promotion, Participants shall submit their feedback and enquiries via https://feedback.changiairport.com/ within 7 days of the issue arising. CAG reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes and complaints.

• The eligibility of any user to participate in the Promotion and/or receive the Changi Pay e-Voucher shall be determined at the absolute discretion of Changi Airport Group.

• All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of a Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.

• By participating in this Promotion, users agree to release and hold Changi Airport Group harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:

  • The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any e-Voucher or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Promotion; and

  • Participation in the Promotion or any e-Voucher related activities.

• Changi Airport Group reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any user and the dates of the Promotion.

• Changi Airport Group’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Changi Airport Group. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
