REFER & EARN WITH CHANGI PAY: RECEIVE UP TO S$250 E-VOUCHERS FOR SUCCESSFUL REFERRALS AND UP TO S$88 E-VOUCHERS FOR YOUR FRIENDS' ELIGIBLE OVERSAS SPEND
1. This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).
2. By participating in this Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time.
3. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this Promotion is by invitation only and open to selected Changi Pay users (“Referrers”) who refer their family or friends to sign up for a new Liquid Account via Changi Pay (“Referees”) from 06 October to 30 November 2025 (both dates inclusive) or until all redemptions are fully awarded, whichever is earlier, or such other period(s) as may be determined by CAG in its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
4. To be eligible as a “Referrer” under this Promotion, a Participant must:
a) Receive a targeted Changi Airport marketing email or app push notification containing their unique referral code2; and
b) Share the referral code2 with an Eligible Referee who does not already have a Liquid Account1; and
c) Ensure the Referee signs up for a new Liquid Account1 via Changi Pay and enters the referral code2 on the Liquid Account registration page within the Promotion Period.
5. To be eligible as a “Referee” under this Promotion, a Participant must:
a) Be a new user of Liquid Account1 in Changi Pay (i.e., not have previously signed up for a Liquid Account); and
b) Receive a referral code2 from a Referrer; and
c) Successfully sign up for a Liquid Account1 via Changi Pay using the referral code2 on the Liquid Account registration page within the Promotion Period.
Definition
6. A “Successful Referral” means that an eligible Referee, who previously did not have a Liquid Account, successfully signs up for a new Liquid Account via Changi Pay using the Referrer’s referral code2 during the Promotion Period.
7. “Eligible Overseas Spend” refers to successful peer-to-merchant QR payments made via Changi Pay through Alipay (China only), Alipay+ (overseas) or DuitNow (Malaysia) QR.
Examples of Eligible Overseas Spend include paying for goods or services at merchants in countries/regions that accept Alipay (China only), Alipay+ (overseas) or DuitNow QR. Refunded transactions will not be taken into account for the purposes of this Promotion. Promotion Mechanics
Referrers – Up to S$250 e-Vouchers
8. A Referrer will receive a S$5 e-Voucher for each successful Referee signs up with their referral code2, capped at 50 Successful Referrals (maximum S$250 e-Vouchers per Referrer) during the Promotion Period. A total of 2,250 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Vouchers are available, awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.
(For example, if a referrer has successfully referred to 2 referrals during the Promotion Period. Referrer will receive 2 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher i.e., S$10 e-Vouchers in total.)
9. When making referrals, Referrers must inform their Referees that (i) The Referrer is eligible to receive a S$5 e-Voucher if the Referee signs up for a Liquid Account in Changi Pay successfully using their referral code2; and (ii) the Referee is eligible to receive up to S$88 e-Vouchers when they meet Eligible Overseas Spend thresholds using Changi Pay.
10. Both Referrer and Referee will not qualify for the Promotion and referrals will be rejected if:
a) Referee deletes or unlinks their Liquid Account from Changi Pay Account during the Promotion Period and cannot be verified by CAG;
b) The referral is invalid, rejected or not received for any reason, including cases where the Referee fails to meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 5, or if the Referrer fails to comply with any of the obligations of these T&Cs;
c) Referee has previously signed up for a Liquid Account (e.g., by deleting their existing Liquid Account linked to Changi Pay and subsequently signing up for a new Liquid Account or signed up for a Liquid Account through Changi Pay before the Promotion Period.
In the event that the Referee is later determined to be ineligible for the Promotion, CAG reserves the right to withdraw the e-Vouchers.
11. Referrals are strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referrers should only invite people they know personally and whom they think may be interested in signing up for a Liquid Account via Changi Pay. Referrers should respect all requests to stop referrals or communications about the Referral Programme. Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” any individual with referral invitations, and this includes but is not limited to mass texting, or messaging individuals that the Referrer does not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute a referral code.
Referees – Up to S$88 e-Vouchers
12. Upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria in Clause 5, a Referee is eligible to receive up to S$88 e-Vouchers when they spend overseas using Changi Pay as follows:
a) S$8 e-Voucher (1 piece of S$8 Changi Pay e-Voucher) upon completing the 5th Eligible Overseas Transaction; and
b) S$10 e-Vouchers (2 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher) upon reaching S$500 cumulative Eligible Overseas Spend; and
c) S$10 e-Vouchers (2 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher) upon reaching S$1,000 cumulative Eligible Overseas Spend; and
d) S$10 e-Vouchers (2 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher) upon reaching S$1,500 cumulative Eligible Overseas Spend; and
e) S$20 e-Vouchers (4 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher) upon reaching S$2,000 cumulative Eligible Overseas Spend; and
f) S$30 e-Vouchers (6 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher) upon reaching S$3,000 cumulative Eligible Overseas Spend.
All Eligible Overseas Spend must be made with Changi Pay during the Promotion Period.
13. This Referee Promotion is limited to the first 2,250 eligible Referees, with a total allocation of Changi Pay e-Vouchers worth up to S$88 per eligible Referee. The e-Vouchers will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.
14. Referees cannot qualify for any other new Liquid Account user promotions rolled out by CAG.
Issuance of e-Vouchers
15. All Changi Pay e-Vouchers will be credited to the Eligible Referrer or Referee’s Changi Pay digital wallet account within 21 working days after each promotion calendar month-end.
16. All Changi Pay e-Vouchers can be used for purchases at participating outlets at Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public Area, excluding Terminal 2 canteen), Jewel Changi Airport and iShopChangi.com. Participants must apply the e-Voucher before payment is processed via Changi Pay. The list of participating outlets can be found at https://www.changiairport.com/en/help/changi-app/changi-pay/outlets.html.
17. All Changi Pay e-Vouchers must be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Changi Pay e-Vouchers. Unredeemed Changi Pay e-Vouchers shall expire and be deemed forfeited, and there shall be strictly no extensions, refunds, or replacement given. CAG will not entertain any appeal whatsoever.
18. All Changi Pay e-Vouchers (or any part thereof, including unutilized portion) are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-Vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-Vouchers. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the e-Vouchers without prior notice.
19. CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, or the Participant’s redemption and/or use of the gifts and e-Vouchers.
20. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.
21. All Participants whose e-Vouchers have been unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
22. In the event of any dispute or complaint related to the Promotion, Participants shall submit their feedback and enquiries via https://feedback.changiairport.com/ within 7 days of the issue arising. CAG reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes and complaints.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
23. All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.
24. The eligibility of any Participant to participate in this Promotion and/or receive any e-Vouchers shall be determined at the absolute discretion of CAG
25. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion.
26. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.
27. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
28. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
