Let your little ones take a walk on the wild side in this whimsical jungle gym.
Slide down a ‘waterfall’ into a bubbling ball pit, brave the suspension bridges on the ‘treetop walk’, or even swing on a coconut tree!

1.        Who may participate in this promotion?

All shoppers who have shopped/dined at the participating outlets in Terminals 1 to 4 Public Areas (excluding Jewel Changi Airport) and have paid the qualifying amount in full and with qualifying payment modes, are eligible to participate in this promotion.

 

2.       What can I redeem with a S$50 receipt in Terminals 1 to 4 Public Areas?

  • One (1) free pass to the Tropical Play Forest 
  • Five (5) free carnival tokens (for use at T3 Candy Carnival and Candy Snowhouse Promotion till 31 March 2024)
  • Additional one (1) more free pass to the Tropical Play Forest and five (5) more free carnival tokens  (IF payment was made using Mastercard or Changi Pay)        
     

3.         Can I participate in this redemption with purchases made in the transit area, Jewel Changi Airport or on iShopChangi?

No. To redeem the Tropical Play Forest pass, purchases must be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport's Public Areas in Terminals 1 to 4 (excluding Jewel Changi Airport) during the promotion period.

To redeem free carnival credits, purchases can be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport's Public Areas in Terminals 1 to 4  (excluding Jewel Changi Airport) till 31 March 2024.

 

4.      Are receipts from FairPrice Finest accepted?

Yes. To redeem the Tropical Play Forest pass, the minimum qualifying redemption amount for supermarkets is S$80 in a single receipt.

1.        What can I redeem when I spend S$50 in a single receipt (S$80 at supermarket)?

You can redeem one (1) free Tropical Play Forest Pass via the Changi App.

 

2.        Where is Tropical Play Forest?

The Tropical Play Forest is located at Terminal 3, Level 2, Departure Immigration Hall and near Check in Row 11.

 

3.        Can I purchase Tropical Play Forest Passes directly without a minimum of S$50 spent in a single receipt?

Yes. You can purchase Tropical Play Forest Passes at S$10 per pass on PlayPass via the Changi App.

 

4.        I am accompanying my child to the Play Forest. Do I also need a ticket for entry?

Yes. Everyone who enters the Play Forest will be required a ticket. For adults accompanying children, accompanying adult passes at S$5 per pass is available on PlayPass via the Changi App. 

KIDS ACTIVITY BOOK RELATED

1.       Where can I get a copy of the Kids Activity Book for my child?

The Kids Activity Book can be collected when you dine-in at any of the eligible restaurants at the public areas of Changi Airport. Please refer to list of eligible outlets here. 

 

2.       What is the minimum spend to receive the Kids Activity Book?

There is no minimum spend required to receive the Kids Activity Book. Customers with children may request for a book when they dine-in at the participating restaurant.
