The Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members only. 

Changi Rewards members can redeem a complimentary National Day Goodie Bag by presenting their e-card. Please note that the contents of each goodie bag may vary and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Members will not be allowed to select or exchange the items inside the bag. 

Shopper must present their Changi Rewards e-Card to qualify for redemption of 1 National Day Goodie Bag. Each Changi Rewards member can only redeem for 1 National Day Goodie Bag. 

National Day Goodie Bags’ content may vary and items issued are not eligible for exchange, transfer, or refund. 

Distribution of serialized pass for the redemption of the National Day Goodie Bag will start from 11:30am on 8 August and 2:30pm on 9 August at the Redemption Counter located near T3 Basement 2, ST3PS. Each pass allows one (1) Changi Rewards member to redeem one (1) National Day Goodie Bag. The Changi Rewards member must hold on to the pass to collect the National Day Goodie Bag which will start from 12.30pm and 3.30pm respectively on 8 and 9 August 26. 

Uncollected National Day Goodie Bags will not be available after 1:30pm and 4:30pm on the same day of 8 and 9 August respectively and no exceptions would be entertained. 

One (1) Changi Rewards Member is allowed to redeem one (1) pass for the collection of one (1) National Day Goodie Bag.  

The Changi Rewards Member must be present to collect their National Day Goodie Bag. Collection of National Day Goodie Bag must be done in person and it is not transferable. 

The redemption of the National Day Goodie Bags is limited to the first 300 Changi Rewards Members, on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis. 

Each Changi Rewards Member can only redeem one (1) National Day Goodie Bag with one (1) pass. 

National Day Goodie Bags cannot be exchanged for cash.  

National Day Goodie Bags are dispensed at random by chance based on the availability of each design. 

CAG reserves the right to change any of the terms & conditions without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any (i) direct loss; (ii) indirect or consequential loss, (iii) damage; (iv) cost and expense; or (v) loss of profits suffered by you arising from or in connection with the premiums/goods.

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.

Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with CAG’s privacy policy (available at http://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html ).

CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the event and its promotion is final, conclusive, and binding on all.

CAG reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice. 

CAG reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behaviour that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons and/or property. 

To promote and advertise the event, CAG reserves the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers as guest/customers at the event and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of CAG. 

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
