RECEIVE S$15 CHANGI PAY E-VOUCHERS WHEN YOU SPEND A MINIMUM OF S$250 IN A SINGLE RECEIPT, OR S$50 CHANGI PAY E-VOUCHERS WHEN YOU SPEND A MINIMUM OF S$500 IN A SINGLE RECEIPT, WITH MASTERCARD VIA CHANGI PAY (the “Promotion”)
1. This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).
2. By participating in this Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements, and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time.
3. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this Promotion applies to qualifying overseas spend made with Changi Pay during the Promotion Period: 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) or until redemptions end, whichever is earlier, or such other period(s) as may be determined by Changi Airport Group in its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
4. To be eligible for this Promotion, Participants must:
a. Be a registered user of Changi Pay, i.e., the digital wallet page in the Changi App; and
b. Use a valid Mastercard credit or debit card issued in Singapore via Changi Pay. (each a “Participant”).

5. To qualify for the Promotion, the Participant must make a minimum net spend in a single receipt with Mastercard via Changi Pay at any participating outlet that accepts Changi Pay during the Promotion Period.
a. Spend between S$250 and S$499.99 in a single receipt to receive S$15 Changi Pay e-Vouchers; or
b. Spend S$500 and above in a single receipt to receive S$50 Changi Pay e-Vouchers.

6. Upon meeting the minimum spending criteria in clause 5, the Changi Pay e-Vouchers will automatically be credited to their Changi Pay digital wallet account.
7. This Promotion is limited to two separate spending tiers, awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.
a. First 2,000 pieces of Changi Pay e-Vouchers (S$5 denomination) for Participants who spend between S$250 and S$499.99 in a single receipt with Mastercard via Changi Pay during the Promotion Period. Each Participant can receive 3 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher per qualifying receipt, with a maximum 6 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher (with a cumulative voucher value of S$30).
b. First 5,000 pieces of Changi Pay e-Vouchers (S$5 denomination) for Participants who spend S$500 and above in a single receipt with Mastercard via Changi Pay during the Promotion Period. Each Participant can receive 10 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher per qualifying receipt with a maximum of 20 pieces of S$5 Changi Pay e-Voucher (with a cumulative voucher value of S$100).
8. The e-Voucher can be used for purchases at any outlets across all Changi Airport Terminals (both Transit and Public Areas, excluding Jewel Changi Airport and Terminal 2 canteen) and iShopChangi.com. To use the e-Voucher, Participant must apply before payment is processed via Changi Pay.
9. All e-Vouchers must be redeemed within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the e-Vouchers. Unredeemed e-Vouchers shall expire and be deemed forfeited, and thereshall be strictly no extensions, refunds, or replacement given. CAG will not entertain any appeal whatsoever.
10. The Promotion, Changi Pay e-Vouchers (or any part thereof, including unutilized portion) are strictly non-stackable with any other Promotions, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The e-vouchers are subject to such further terms and conditions as may be stipulated on the e-vouchers. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the e-vouchers without prior notice.
11. CAG shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, or the Participant’s redemption and/or use of the gifts and e-vouchers.
12. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.
13. All Participants whose e-Vouchers have been unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
14. In the event of any dispute or complaint related to the Promotion, Participants shall submit their feedback and enquiries via https://feedback.changiairport.com/ within 7 days of the issue arising. CAG reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes and complaints.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
15. All payment services relating to the use of Changi Pay are provided by Liquid Group Pte Ltd (“Liquid”). CAG is marketing the aforesaid payment services on behalf of Liquid. Liquid is the holder of a Major Payment Institution licenses for account issuance, domestic money transfer, cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition and e-money issuance under the Payment Services Act.
16. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Promotion.
17. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collateral relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
19. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all Participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
