A porter service is available at all terminals to help you with your baggage, when departing from or arriving in Changi Airport. Please make your booking at least 8 hours before your flight departs or arrives.


Up to 10 items

  • S$3.00 per item (a minimum charge of S$10.00 applies)

From 11 items onwards

  • Our staff will contact you on the pricing and arrangement    


  • A S$5.00 surcharge for transfer to T1, T2 and T3 will apply.
  • A S$10.00 surcharge to and from T4 and Yotel at Jewel will apply.
  • Online Payment is available.
  • Only Cash payment is available upon completion on site.
