To qualify, you must:

• Travel on an eligible flight (flights arrive from 5am to 1:30pm local time).

• Ensure your check-in luggage meets your airline’s requirements.

• Ensure the contents of your luggage comply with all Singapore-Customs regulations.

You can book through our Arrival Baggage Delivery website . Bookings can be made up to 14 days before and no later than 24-hours before your flight departure time.

If you are carrying items that require customs declaration, you are advised to hand-carry them and declare items via customs website.

Your luggage is handled by trained staff and tracked seamlessly from pickup to your hotel via our website.
