F&B GREAT DEALS

S$2 CHANGI PAY E-VOUCHER 

  1. To receive the e-Voucher, qualifying customer must successfully register Changi Pay account via iChangi mobile application (an “Eligible User”).
  2. To qualify for e-Voucher, an Eligible User will need to perform a successful Mastercard® payment made via Changi Pay by scanning the QR code generated at participating Changi Airport Dining outlets across Changi Airport Public Areas (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  3. The Promotion is limited to first 20,000 Qualifying Transactions, capped at one (1) e-Voucher per Eligible user.

  10. The decision of CAG on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by CAG.

2 HOURS FREE PARKING 

  1. This 2-hour Free Parking Campaign is valid from 13 September to 31 October 2022, unless stated otherwise.
  2. For a minimum spend of S$35 by Mastercard in a single same-day receipt in Terminal 4 Public Areas, customers will be entitled to redeem 2 hours of free parking from S$4.80 (1 hour = S$2.40 worth of parking charges).
  3. A single parking reward in CarPass or physical complimentary coupon is applicable for usage at selected car parks only. (i.e. T1/Jewel Car Park (excluding Short-Term Parking at B2 &B2M), T2A, T2B, T3A, T3B, T4A & T4B) at Terminals 1,2,3 and 4.
  4. Parking rewards redeemed are NOT eligible for usage at South Car Park (i.e. open-air car park between Terminal 2 and JetQuay).
  5. Redemptions are to be made on the same day of qualifying transaction. The parking reward is valid on the day of issuance only.
  6. Redemptions is capped for the first 100 redemptions per weekday (Mon-Thu) and 200 redemptions per weekend (Fri – Sun), on a first-come-first-served, while-stocks-last basis.
  7. Purchases from Terminal 1,2,3, Jewel Changi Airport and Changi Eats are NOT eligible for the promotion.

  16. The parking reward is not exchangeable for cash and the value cannot be refunded in part if it is not fully utilized.
  17. No claims will be entertained for carpark coupons that are expired, unutilized, lost, torn, defaced or damaged.
  18. Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) reserves the right to vary the promotion period and any other promotional mechanics herein at any time and as its sole discretion without any prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by CAG will be final, conclusive and binding on all members and no correspondence will be entertained.
  19. CAG participating retail and F&B tenants and CAG’s appointed agency, P-Serv Pte Ltd are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The management reserves the right to disqualify any member of the promotion and change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. MAGICAL JOYRIDE 

  1. The Magical Joyride (trackless train) is operated by Uncle Ringo Trading Pte. Ltd.
  2. Tickets sold are not refundable.
  3. Torn tickets are not valid for use.
  4. Tickets sold are valid from 1 September 22 to 3 November 22 only.
  5. Tickets sold are not exchangeable for cash.
  6. CAG and Uncle Ringo is not responsible for all accidental injuries caused during play.

1.        Who may participate in this promotion?

GREAT F&B DEALS RELATED

1.      Can I enjoy the instant discount if I used cash/NETS/VISA to make payment?

No, the payment must be fully met by Mastercard® credit or debit card, either by a Mastercard Debit Card or Credit Card.

2.      Do I need to redeem the discount at the redemption counter?

No, the discount will be deducted instantly off your bill at the F&B outlet.

3.      Do I qualify for 2 redemptions for the “Enjoy S$10 off* with minimum spend of S$60 at restaurants in T1, T2 & T3” if I spent $120 by Mastercard®?

No, each bill will only be entitled to one redemption of the instant discount.

 

SURE-WIN SPIN THE WHEEL RELATED

1.      Is this promotion limited to one redemption per shopper?

No, shoppers may redeem multiple times throughout the promotion period, provided he/she has multiple valid receipts that qualify. Each receipt may only be used ONCE for the sure-win spin redemption.

2.      Can I redeem a chance to Spin the wheel with purchases made in the transit area/ Jewel Changi Airport/ Changi Eats or on iShopChangi?

No, purchases must be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport’s public areas only.

3.      Do I qualify if I have spent more than S$80 (S$120 for supermarket) in one (1) receipt only?

No. To qualify for one sure-win spin, one should present two same-day receipts with the total spend amount by Mastercard® amounting to at least S$80 for participating outlets or S$120 for supermarket.

1.      Do I qualify if I have spent more than S$80 (S$120 for supermarket) in two (2) receipts?

Yes, provided that the total amount paid with Mastercard® is at least S$80 (S$120 for supermarket).

2.      Do I qualify if I have spent S$70 in a supermarket receipt and S$10 in a non-supermarket receipt?

No. Since one of the receipts is from supermarket at S$70, the combined total required would be S$120. Hence, you would need another S$50 receipt, both paid with Mastercard®.

3.      Can purchases made using gift cards/ e-vouchers/ tenant vouchers contribute to the spend? E.g. [Receipt 1: $30 using Changi gift card] + [Receipt 2: $50 using Mastercard®] to hit S$80

No, the total amount paid via Mastercard® for two (2) receipts must meet the qualifying spend of S$80 or (S$120 for supermarket). The excess may be made by other payment modes.

 

FREE PARKING PROMO RELATED

1.      If I have different receipts with valid qualifying spend, will I be entitled to redeem 2 parking rewards?

No, each Changi Rewards member is entitled to redeem one (1) 2 hours free parking reward per member per day if they meet the qualifying receipt, regardless of amount spent in excess of the minimum spend requirement.

Parking rewards will be issued to customers’ CarPass account via the iChangi App on a first-come-first-served basis during the promotion period.  

2.      I have parked my car at Terminal 1 but dined at Terminal 4. Will I be entitled to redeem the free parking reward?

Yes, if the qualifying spent per receipt is met. The parking reward issued via CarPass will be stored in your registered IU and can be used at any multi-storey carpark in Terminals 1/Jewel, 2, 3 and 4 carparks.

3.      I have parked my car at Terminal 4 but dined at Terminal 3. Will I be entitled to redeem the free parking reward?

No, your receipt from Terminal 3 is not eligible for redemption of the 2 hours free parking reward.

4.      I have spent at Jewel Changi Airport. Will I be entitled to the 2 hours free parking for T1/Jewel – T4 Carparks?

No, your Jewel receipt is not eligible for redemption of.2 hours free parking at Changi Airport T1 – T4 carparks. Please approach the designated redemption counters in Jewel for assistance on Jewel’s promotions and redemptions.

5.      Is there an expiry for the free parking rewards I’ve redeemed?

The free parking reward must be redeemed within the day of transaction. The free parking rewards must be used by 2359hrs the next day from the day of issuance. Any request for extension will not be entertained.

6.      Am I allowed to redeem my exclusive 1 – 2 hours free parkwing as a Gold/ Platinum Changi Rewards Member on top of the 2 hours free parking promotion?

Yes, you can stack the rewards and the amount will be deducted accordingly at the gantry.

1.      Where can I purchase the tickets to ride the trackless train?

2.     Can I purchase the tickets and use it another day?

        Yes. Tickets purchased can be used between 1 Sep 22 to 3 Nov 22.

3.      How long is each train ride?

4-5 mins depending on traffic.

4.     My child is 3 years old. Can I accompany him on the ride?

Yes, 1 accompanying adult is allowed at no additional charge for child 3 years old and below. Accompanying adult is required to pay full price for child 4 years and above.
