CHANGI SHOPPING FESTIVAL PROMOTIONS AND NAILOONG PLUSH KEYCHAIN BLIND BOX PURCHASE-WITH-PURCHASE PROMOTION (“SHOPPING PROMOTION”)

1. General

1.1 This Shopping Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

1.2 By participating in this Shopping Promotion, all participants shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto which may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion.

1.3 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

2. Promotion Period & Location

2.1 This Shopping Promotion shall run from 0000 hours (SGT) on 22 September 2026 to 2359 hours (SGT) on 21 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2.2 To be eligible for this Shopping Promotion, participants must make a Qualifying Spend (as defined below) with participating retailers at the Transit Areas of Changi Airport. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

a. “Transit Areas” shall mean those parts of Changi Airport designated for the use of persons who have cleared outbound immigration control, including all passenger lounges, boarding gates, arrival corridors, and any adjoining spaces accessible only to such passengers, but excluding any area that is open to the general public, excluding Jewel Changi Airport.

3. Qualifying Spend

3.1 Participants who meet the relevant Qualifying Spends during the Promotion Period will be eligible to purchase the Changi Exclusive Nailoong Plush Keychain Blind Box (“Premiums”):

3.2 Purchases and/or transactions made at the following outlets stores at Singapore Changi Airport are excluded from the calculation of Qualifying Spend and will not qualify for the Shopping Promotion:

1. Banks

2. Money changing facilities

3. Medical clinics

4. Top-up card machines

5. Postal services & Post-on-Wheels

6. Lounges (Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use lounges)

7. Transit Hotels

8. Hotel reservation counters

9. Airport shuttle and transportation counters

10. Car Rental

11. Changi Recommends outlets and service counters

12. Passenger meeting services counters

13. Left luggage service counters

14. Telecommunication outlets and service counters (e.g. M1)

15. Temporary outposts

16. Tour and travel services

17. Jewel Changi Airport

18. Tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other forms of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute)

3.3 Payments, including any part payments thereof, made using in-store vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Changi Rewards Jewel Voucher, CapitaVoucher, eCapitaVoucher, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi, Changi Pay e-Voucher, Changi Gift Cards, or any amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) are excluded from the calculation of Qualifying Spend.

3.4 Duplicate receipts will not be accepted for the purpose of meeting the Qualifying Spend or redemption of Return Vouchers.

3.5 Any attempt to combine multiple transactions into a single receipt to meet the Qualifying Spend will not be accepted.

4. Payment for Premium(s)

4.1 Participants who have met the applicable Qualifying Spend must make payment for the Premium(s) at their respective listed prices before redemption. Payment for the Premiums may be made via the following methods:

a. For Qualifying Spends made within the Transit Areas of Changi Airport, payment for the Premium(s) may be made via:

i. The Changi App mobile application (the “Changi App”); or

ii. Directly at any of the four (4) redemption booths located within the Transit Areas, one in each of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 (“Redemption Booths”).

Payment for the above may be made via: (i) all accepted credit/debit cards; or (ii) digital payment methods made available via the Changi App.

b. For Qualifying Spends made on iShopChangi.com, payment for the Premium(s) must be made directly on iShopChangi.com at the time of purchase, using the payment methods accepted on the platform only.

4.2 Participants who make their qualifying spend meet the Qualifying Spend may purchase the collectible Premium(s) on a later date than the date of purchase but before the end of the relevant Promotion Period.

5. Redemption of Premium(s)

5.1 Participants who have completed the purchase of their Premium(s) may redeem their Premium via the following methods:

a. For purchases made via the Changi App, participants must select one (1) designated Redemption Booth to redeem their Premium at the time of completing payment. Once a Redemption Booth payment has been completed, the Premium may only be redeemed from the Redemption Booth selected and no change of Redemption Booth will be permitted thereafter.

i. For redemptions at Redemption Booths within the Transit Areas, participants are required to present a valid boarding pass at the point of collection, failing which, participants will not be able to redeem their Premium, payment will be refunded, and the transaction will be voided.

b. For purchases made at the Redemption Booths, redemption can be made from the Redemption Booth directly; or

c. For purchases made via iShopChangi.com or iShopChangi WeChat Mini Program, the Premiums will be shipped together with your order in accordance with iShopChangi’s shipping terms.

5.2 All redemptions are subject to availability and while stocks last. CAG reserves the right to replace the designs of the Premiums or change the relevant Promotion Period without prior notice.

5.3 CAG reserves the right to reject any Qualifying Spends, purchase or redemption of Premiums that appear fraudulent, irregular or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5.4 The following sets out the locations and operating hours of the Redemption Booths:

5.5 Participants must bring along their qualifying purchase receipt and/or collectible Premium purchase confirmation email (paid via the Changi App) for redemption.

5.6 All Premiums sold and redeemed are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Shopping Promotion are final, conclusive and binding on all participants.

6.2 CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Shopping Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Shopping Promotion.

6.3 CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Shopping Promotion or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

6.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Shopping Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

6.5 These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.

6.6 These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.

6.7 Participation in the promotion requires the processing of participants’ personal data, including full name and email address. CAG may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Shopping Promotion, matching personal data collected through this Shopping Promotion with other data CAG holds about the participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Shopping Promotion and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised consent designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the CAG Group offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Shopping Promotion, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).
