No, purchases must be made at participating outlets at Changi Airport’s public areas in Terminal 1 to 4 only. Transactions made at transit area, Jewel Changi Airport and iShopChangi are excluded.

Shopper(s) are required to log into their Changi App account to redeem the perks can be found under 'Account >> Perks >> Click into “Changi Loves Kids” >>' cart out your desired “perk” in the Changi App. Then head towards the respective outlets/ collection points to use the perks!

No, each eligible receipt will only be entitled to one (1) perk redemption.

Yes, you will still be eligible for one (1) perk if the minimum spend requirement is met at any participating outlets in Terminals 1 to 4.  

No. Changi Rewards members must present their Changi Rewards e-Card for scanning upon payment at participating outlets to be eligible for the perks when they have met the minimum spend requirement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.

1.     A minimum spend of S$50 in a single same-day receipt from any participating outlet in Terminals 1 to 4, or S$80 in a single same-day receipt from Supermarket in Terminal 3 on the promotion period (3 to 5, 11 to 12, 18 to 20, 25 to 26 October 2025), entitles eligible customers to redeem one (1) sure-win lucky draw, and one (1) Children’s Day perk. 

2.     The Changi Loves Kids promotion (‘The promotion’) is valid for redemption for all Changi Rewards members from 3 to 31 October 2025, or when the promotion is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier. 

3.     The promotion is only valid for participating outlets at Changi Airport’s Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 public areas (collectively “Changi Airport Public Areas”). Spend transactions from Jewel Changi Airport will NOT be eligible for the promotion. 

4.     This promotion can be used in conjunction with any in-store promotions or discounts. However, the total qualifying spend of S$50 at Terminals 1 to 4, or S$80 at Supermarket, must be met to receive the perks.

5.     Limited to one (1) redemption per qualifying transaction in a single same-day receipt from any participating outlets, regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required. 

6.     Each Changi Rewards member is limited to a maximum of five (5) redemptions in total during the Promotion Period.

7.     All redemptions are on a first-come-first-serve basis and subjected to availability.

8.     All perks are valid till 31 October 2025 and strictly no extensions will be entertained.

9.     All redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.   

10.    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any (i) direct loss; (ii) indirect or consequential loss, (iii) damage; (iv) cost and expense; or (v) loss of profits suffered by you arising from or in connection with the premiums/ prizes.  

11.    Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion. 

12.    Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with CAG’s privacy policy (available at http://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html ). 

13.    CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the event and its promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all.  

14.    CAG reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice.  

15.    In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

16.    By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time. 

17.    To be eligible for the perks, qualifying customers must successfully register as a Changi Rewards member via Changi mobile application or online application at https://rewards.changiairport.com/en/signup.html (an “Eligible Member).

18.   The Eligible Member(s) will need to log into their Changi App account to redeem the perks. The perks can be found under ‘Account >> Perks” in the Changi App. The terms and conditions governing the use and operation of Changi Rewards account shall apply and can be accessed at https://rewards.changiairport.com/en/terms-and-conditions.html

19.   The Eligible Member(s) will be required to present their Changi Rewards e-Card prior to making payment and inform the respective outlet assistant that you will be using the e-Voucher to offset your payment. The outlet assistant will then use the e-Voucher to offset the final payment amount.

21.   CAG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice or liability to any party.  

22.   The decision of CAG on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by CAG.

23.   CAG shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion, or any product and/or service relating to the Promotion. By participating this Promotion, CAG shall not be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Promotion, by any person.
