Old Seng Choong

Deli & Confectionary
Founded in 2016 by renowned local pastry chef Daniel Tay, Old Seng Choong offers traditional treats to celebrate every joyous occasion. The concept is created as a tribute to his father, a baker and confectioner himself for over 30 years, and named after the well-loved Seng Choong Confectionery, which was established in 1965 and run by Daniel’s parents until its closure in 1996.

Old Seng Choong takes their customers on a trip down memory lane with their traditional bakes of locally-inspired flavours. From pandan coconut to laksa cookies, taste the wonder of Singapore cuisine packaged in little pieces using top quality ingredients.

With the latest and first Bake-off concept store at Paragon, Old Seng Choong now serves fresh traditional bakes with a modern twist. Voted best sellers, Old Seng Choong’s Crème Brulee Tarts, Truffle Char Siew Pastry and Signature Palmier are must-try choices, and not forgetting signatures like Black Sesame Mochi and Classic Yam with Iberico Ham that will impress your palettes too.
