航延保障是 Changi App 推出的一项试用计划,旨在为符合条件的用户提供价值 S$10 的樟宜电子礼券,作为从新加坡出发的航班延误 3 小时或以上的补偿。

您必须年满18岁,并且是拥有已验证樟宜账户的Changi App用户。您需在航班预定起飞时间前至少12小时,保存一趟从新加坡出发的航班,且必须是该航班的登记乘客,并为该航班添加航延保障附加服务。资格还需符合该计划条款与细则中的除外条款。

当您在 Changi App 中保存符合条件的航班时,系统将显示申请航延保障  计划附加服务的选项。请务必在预定起飞时间前至少12小时添加该附加服务。

只有用户在 Changi App 提前至少12小时搜索并保存的从新加坡出发的航班,才符合此附加服务的资格。

可以,只要您是每趟航班的登记乘客,便可为多趟已保存的航班申请航延保障  。不过,每位用户每个日历月份仅限领取一次价值S$10的延误补偿樟宜电子礼券。

如果您在电子礼券发放前移除附加服务,延误时将无法获得该奖励。附加服务必须保持激活状态,直到电子礼券发放为止。

不是的,这是一个试用计划,运行时间为2025年10月27日至2026年9月30日。樟宜机场集团(CAG)有权随时自行决定修改、延长或终止该计划。

如果您保存的航班根据樟宜机场系统核实的官方航班数据延误三小时(180分钟)或以上,您将自动符合资格。航延保障附加服务在电子礼券发放时必须保持激活状态。您无需手动申领,且任何理由的申诉将不被受理。

一旦系统确认航班延误180分钟或以上,航延保障的电子礼券将自动发放至您的樟宜账户。电子礼券成功发放后,您会收到发送至您注册樟宜账户邮箱的通知邮件。您无需采取任何额外操作或提交索赔。

无论您每月保存了多少符合条件的航班或经历了多少次延误,您每个日历月份最多只能获得一套 航延保障电子礼券,包含两张面值各为S$5 的电子礼券。

电子礼券可于樟宜机场中转区内参与的零售及餐饮商户使用。兑换须遵守樟宜电子礼券参与商户名单及排除名单,以及樟宜奖励计划的条款与细则。

电子礼券自发放之日起有效期为30天。

电子礼券发放后,您可于Changi App 中进入“账户” > “电子券、奖品及兑换”查看您的航延保障计划电子礼券。付款时只需点击电子券并出示二维码,即可抵扣相应消费金额。

符合资格的延误是根据来自官方授权渠道的航班状态官方数据,并通过樟宜机场内部系统核实后确定的。仅以樟宜应用程序显示的延误三小时(180分钟)或以上的航班视为符合资格。樟宜机场集团(CAG)对延误是否符合资格的判定为最终决定,任何情况下均不接受申诉。

只有基于核实的航班状态数据并正式反映在樟宜应用程序中的延误,才符合资格。樟宜机场集团(CAG)不对航班数据更新的差异或延迟承担责任。

樟宜应用程序通过自动化系统核实航班状态及用户活动。任何可疑或欺诈行为可能导致用户被樟宜机场集团(CAG)单方面取消参与资格。

  • FlightSaver Assurance e-Voucher  refers to the digital version of a cash voucher which may be used to pay for or obtain goods and/or services of approved/participating merchants (both retail and food & beverage outlets) located within the transit area of Changi Airport, except for:

             (i) payment to purchase any tobacco products at Changi Airport; 

             (ii) payment for purchases on "iShopChangi"; and

             (iii) the following excluded outlets listed in Table 1

Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 By participating in the Changi App "FlightSaver Assurance" (the "Programme"), each Participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Programme-related Promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the "Terms & Conditions").

1.2 This Programme is organised and administered by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG").

1.3 As a condition of participation in the Programme, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is at least 18 years of age and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions. If a Participant is below 18 years old, he/she must and will be deemed to have in any event, obtained consent from his parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and their agreement to take responsibility for his/her acts and omissions in connection with his/her participation in the Programme and/or use of the Incentives(s), as the case may be.
 

2. PROGRAMME ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1 This Programme is open to participants who are:

  1. Changi account holders with verified and active membership status;
  2. are aged 18 years and above (as at the date of their participating in the Programme);
  3. and are not persons within the Excluded Categories.(Each a "Participant" and collectively the "Participants").

“Excluded Categories” refer to:

         d. Any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of participation);
         e. Any person whose participation in and/or association with the Programme may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) and/or the Programme, any dispute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause CAG and/or the Programme to be perceived unfavourably; and
         f. Any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or excluded by CAG as being ineligible for the Programme.
         g. CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Programme, and CAG may at any time during the Programme refuse or disqualify any person from participating in the Programme without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

2.2 To participate in the Programme, each Participant must:

  1. Have downloaded the Changi mobile application (“App”);
  2. Have signed up and be logged in to a verified Changi account;
  3. Save a departing flight on the App at least 12 hours before its scheduled departure time and be the named passenger travelling on that flight; and
  4. Apply the “FlightSaver Assurance” Add-on to the eligible saved flight.

2.3 Each Participant may save and apply the “FlightSaver Assurance” Add-on to multiple flights, provided that they are the named passenger travelling on each of those flights. 

2.4 Eligible Participants can participate in the Programme and enjoy flight delay coverage (“Coverage”) in accordance with the mechanics as set out below.
 

3. S$10 WORTH OF CHANGI E-VOUCHER DELAY COVERAGE

3.1 From 27 October 2025 (0000hrs, Singapore Time) to 30 September 2026 (2359hrs, Singapore Time), Participants shall be eligible to receive Coverage in the form of 2 × S$5.00 Changi e-Vouchers (“Incentive”) if the estimated Departure time of their saved flight is delayed by three (3) hours (180 minutes) or more from its originally scheduled Departure time.

3.2 Upon qualification, the Incentive will be automatically issued into the Participant’s Changi account with no submission of claims required.

3.3 The Incentive will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and may be used for payment or redemption of goods and/or services at approved participating merchants (including retail and F&B outlets) located in the Transit Areas of Changi Airport. The use and redemption of Changi e-Vouchers are subject to the prevailing Changi e-Voucher Participating and Exclusion List  as well as the  Changi Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions . The list of participating outlets is subject to change by CAG at its discretion without prior notice.

3.4 A maximum of one (1) Incentive will be issued per Participant per calendar month, regardless of the number of eligible flights saved or qualifying Coverage instances.

3.5 All Incentives are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind. No compensation shall be payable if a Participant is unable or fails to use the Incentive in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

4. GENERAL 

4.1  Only flights departing from Singapore, which are searchable and saved within the Changi App more than twelve (12) hours before its scheduled departure time, are eligible for the Coverage. 

4.2 The “FlightSaver Assurance” Add-on must remain active and must not be removed from the saved flight at the time of Incentive issuance in order for the Participant to remain eligible for Coverage.

4.3 Qualification for Coverage shall be determined based on official flight status data, as sourced from authorised feeds and verified through Changi Airport’s internal flight systems. Only confirmed delays reflected within the Changi App shall be deemed eligible for Coverage. Manual claims and appeals will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

4.4 CAG shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or delays in data transmission or system updates that may affect eligibility determination.

4.5 CAG reserves the right to not issue or to claw back any Incentive if CAG has reasonable grounds for believing that the Participant has engaged in fraud or if the Participant did not comply with any part of the Programme Terms and Conditions, and in all circumstances CAG’s decision shall be final.

4.6 CAG may at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, amend or substitute the Incentive without prior notice or reason or being liable to any person.

4.7 All Incentives are provided on an as-is basis. To the full extent permissible by law, CAG disclaims all warranties, conditions or representations, express or implied, with respect to the Incentives, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4.8 All Participants whose Incentives have been unclaimed, unredeemed or forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. CAG reserves the right to use the unclaimed, unredeemed or forfeited Rewards for any purposes deemed appropriate, including but not limited to redistribution or other promotional activities.

5. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

5.1 
Participation in the Programme requires the processing of Participants’ personal data, including full name, date of birth, email address, personal mobile number, home address, as well as booking and transaction history. Information that is sent automatically by Participant’s web browser, computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device, if applicable, may also be collected.

5.2 CAG may use Participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Programme, matching personal data collected through this Programme with other data CAG holds about the Participant to optimise operations and improve the services offered (such as providing relevant and personalised content) to Participant via the registered mobile or email address provided; statistical analysis; and for CAG to fulfil its obligations under these Terms & Conditions (the “Relevant Purposes”). 

5.3 CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Programme, Participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).  

5.4 By participating in the Programme, Participants also agree to the sharing of their personal data with Hong Leong Assurance for the purpose of administering the Programme and providing related services, which shall be used only for audit purposes and strictly in accordance with Hong Leong Assurance’s Personal Data Policy available at https://www.hlas.com.sg/policyonpersonaldata/.  

5.5 Each Participant represents and warrants that any personal data the Participant discloses to CAG is complete and accurate. CAG shall not be held liable and shall be fully indemnified by you for any incorrect or inaccurate personal data provided. 

5.6 To promote and advertise the Programme, CAG reserves the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings of Participants at event and public areas located at Changi Airport. By participating in the Programme, Participants consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers as customers participating in the Programme and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of Changi Airport. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Programme.  

5.7 By accepting an Incentive, Participant consents to the collection and public disclosure of the Participant’s full name and image recordings for audit, publicity and/or commercial purposes in relation to any and all of CAG promotional and marketing activities, including this Programme. Participant further agrees to participate in any advertising, Programme, media interviews and publicity activities stipulated by CAG in relation to the Programme, and to provide and permit the use of their personal data for any future marketing efforts and media publicity by CAG’s promotional and marketing activities. Accordingly, unless otherwise permitted by CAG, failure to comply or refusal to agree with this clause shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of all relevant Rewards.

6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY 

6.1 CAG shall not be responsible or liable for any problems with the network, mobile device hardware, software or breakdown or failures that affects Participant’s participation and experience of the Programme.
 

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Programme, save and except for any personal injury or death caused by the negligence of CAG and its employees. 

6.3 CAG shall not be held liable or responsible for any disputes that Participants may have with our Partners or any other third parties, regarding the use of the Incentive. 

6.4 Participants agree that they will indemnify and hold harmless CAG, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, demands, chose in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Programme. 

7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

7.1 CAG may at any time in its absolute discretion (without assigning any reasons or justifications):  

       7.1.1 Refuse the participation of any person in the Programme or disqualify any Participant for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behavior that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons;
       7.1.2 Modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Programme without  prior notice.
 

7.2 CAG reserves the right to change or vary these Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the Programme and these Terms and Conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained. 

7.3 CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding the Programme contained on its official website, or on any the Programme-related collaterals/materials. All information is accurate at time of print/publishing. CAG shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to the Programme.

7.4 CAG reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding the Programme on its official website or on any Programme-related collaterals/materials; to correct any errors in any notified Programme mechanics and to vary or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without providing any prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on CAG’s official website. CAG accepts no liabilities arising from or in connection with these corrections or amendments.

7.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Programme, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

7.6 These Terms & Conditions may be translated into another language other than English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other translation hereof, the English language version shall prevail. 

7.8 All qualifying Coverage and Incentive will be determined at CAG’s discretion based on the mechanics and criteria set for the Programme. CAG is not obliged to entertain any correspondence relating to the decisions of CAG.

7.9 The Programme and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection with the Programme and/or the Programme Terms and Conditions.

7.10 These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Singapore Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded.
