The Meet & Greet sessions are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will need to collect an official Meet & Greet Wristband when the queue opens 30 minutes before each session, subject to availability.

Meet & Greet Passes are limited and available while stocks last. Once all passes for a session have been distributed, no additional passes will be issued for that session.

The colouring station activity is located at Terminal 3 Basement 2 Mall.

The Special Night Show sessions are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will need to collect an official Special Night Show Wristband when the queue opens 60 minutes before each session, subject to availability.

There are two live broadcast stations located at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall, near Coach Stand, and Basement 3 Car Park 3A Lobby.
