CHANGI FESTIVE VILLAGE POKÉMON MEMORY CHALLENGE (“GAME”)

1. Organizer. This Game is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”).

2. Agreement to Terms
 

2.1 By participating in this Game, all participants shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto which may be made from time to time in CAG’s sole and absolute discretion. 
 

2.2 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Game are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Game or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.
 

3. Campaign Periods & Locations
 

3.1 This Game is valid on qualifying spend (“Qualifying Spend”, the further details of which are set out in Section 4 below) made with participating retailers at, and during, the following period (the “Campaign Period”):
 

        a. From 0000 hours (SGT) on 03 November 2026 to 2359 hours (SGT) on 03 January 2027

3.2 For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

         a. “Transit Areas” shall mean those parts of Changi Airport designated for the use of persons who have cleared outbound immigration control, including all passenger lounges, boarding gates, arrival corridors, and any adjoining spaces accessible only to such passengers, but excluding any area that is open to the general public; 

          b. “Public Areas” shall mean those parts of Changi Airport that are open and accessible to the general public without the need to clear any immigration or security controls, including the terminal forecourts, public concourses, and retail and dining outlets located in such areas;

           c. “Jewel Changi Airport” shall mean participating retail outlets at Jewel Changi Airport; and

           d. “iShopChangi.com” shall mean participating retailers on the official online shopping platform operated by CAG, accessible via the website www.iShopChangi.com, and any associated mobile applications.

4. Qualifying Spend for the Game

4.1 Participants are required to meet the following Qualifying Spends, in order to be eligible to play the  Game at the event sites:

4.2 Payments, including any part payments thereof, made using in-store vouchers (e.g. FairPrice vouchers), Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Changi Rewards Jewel Voucher, CapitaVoucher, eCapitaVoucher, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi, Changi Pay e-Voucher or Changi Gift Cards are excluded from the calculation of Qualifying Spend. 

4.3 Duplicate receipts will not be accepted for the purpose of meeting the Qualifying Spend or redemption of Game Play.
 

4.4 Any attempt to or combine multiple transactions into a single receipt to meet the Qualifying Spend will not be accepted.

4.5 Purchases and/or transactions made at the following stores at Singapore Changi Airport are excluded from and will not qualify for the Game:

1. Banks

2. Money changing facilities

3. Medical clinics

4. Top-up card machines

5. Postal services & Post-on-Wheels

6. Lounges (Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use lounges)

7. Transit Hotels

8. Hotel reservation counters

9. Airport shuttle and transportation counters

10. Car Rental

11. Changi Recommends outlets and service counters

12. Passenger meeting services counters

13. Left luggage service counters

14. Telecommunication outlets and service counters (e.g. M1)

15. Temporary outposts

16. Tour and travel services

17. Tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other forms of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute)

18. Jewel attractions 

19. Shaw movie tickets 

20. SISTIC / AXS / SAM payments
    
    The list of participating outlets and products for the Game is subject to change by CAG at its discretion, without prior notice. 

5. Redemption of Game Play

5.1 Participants who have fulfilled the Qualifying Spend may redeem Game Play via the following method:

a. For purchases made in Transit & Public areas, Participant will need to scan the Changi Rewards card to record the qualifying spend during payment.

b. Scan Changi Rewards Card at the game kiosk in one (1) of the available event sites. 
 

5.2 All redemptions are subject to availability and while stocks last. CAG reserves the right to remove the game play chance or change the relevant Promotion Period without prior notice.
 

5.3 CAG reserves the right to reject any Qualifying Spends, purchase or redemption of game play that appear fraudulent, irregular or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
 

5.4 The following sets out the locations and operating hours of the event sites:
 

5.5 Participants must bring along their qualifying purchase receipt and Changi Rewards Card via Changi App for redemption. 

6. Redemption of Game Prize(s)

6.1 Participants who successfully match character pairs in the Game stand a chance to win one of the following prizes, depending on the number of pairs matched, as determined by CAG and may be subject to changes at CAG’s sole discretion:

    a. Pokémon 30th Anniversary Elite Trainer Box;
    b. Pokémon ME05 Elite Trainer Box;
    c. Pokémon 30th Anniversary Booster Bundle;
    d. Pokémon Funko Pop 
    e. Pokémon Medallions; 
    f.  Tenant vouchers from selected participating outlets in Changi Airport; and 
    g. Pokémon Fun Pack

6.2 Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) Products are available in limited quantities daily, while stocks last. Only the first eligible winner at each game station each day will receive one (1) Elite Trainer Box. Once the Elite Trainer Box allocated to the game station for that day has been redeemed, no further Elite Trainer Boxes will be awarded at that game station, regardless of the number of cards successfully matched. All subsequent winners will receive the corresponding prize determined by the game outcome and prize availability.​

6.3 All prizes must be redeemed immediately after completion of game play. Any prize not redeemed by the stated deadline will be deemed forfeited without compensation, and no extensions will be granted. CAG reserves the right to reject any requests or appeals for extension of the redemption period.

6.4 All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. There shall be no refund or exchange for any partially used or unused prize. CAG reserves the right to replace or change the prizes without prior notice; 

         a. CAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Game, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Game. 

         b. CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Game or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.

6.5 Tenant vouchers are valid only for the duration of the Promotion Period.

6.6 All prizes are while stocks last and are not exchangeable with any other prizes. For avoidance of doubt, the prize as determined by the Game, will be final.

7. Miscellaneous
 

7.1 CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Game are final, conclusive and binding on all participants.
 

7.2 CCAG shall not be liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Game, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by CAG in relation to the Game. 
 

7.3 CAG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Game or to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without further notice.
 

7.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Game, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
 

7.5 These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. CAG and all participants hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to rule on any issues or disputes related thereto.
 

7.6 Participation in the promotion requires the processing of participants’ personal data, including full name and email address. CAG may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Game, matching personal data collected through this Game with other data CAG holds about the participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Game  and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised consent designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the CAG Group offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). CAG may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Game, participants consent to CAG’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).
