- The issued voucher can be used at all Natureland outlets.
- For vouchers used at Natureland Spa Premium MBS, Jewel Changi Airport and Terminal 2 transit outlets, a top up on the price difference will be required.
- Lost or damaged voucher will not be replaced.
- Prior appointment is required.
- Voucher is valid for one-time use and limited to one (1) receipt transaction only.
- Voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Defaced or damaged vouchers or photocopies of vouchers will not be accepted.
- Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (CAG) and Natureland Spa Pte Ltd (Natureland Spa) reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or vary these terms from time to time without notice
- CAG’s and Natureland Spa’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding.
