These CAG WOWS Portal terms of use, as amended from time to time (“Platform Terms”) sets out the terms and conditions between you and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our” or “CAG”) under which you may access our WOWS portal at wows.changiairport.com (the “Platform”). These Platform Terms applies to all users of, and visitors to, the Platform. “You” refers to all users of, and visitors to, the Platform. 

By accessing and/or using the Platform, you are indicating your unconditional agreement to these Platform Terms, and you represent and warrant to CAG that you are 18 years old and above. 

The CAG World of Wines & Spirits (“WOWS”) promotion is organised by CAG, and shall run from 1 September 2026 to 17 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The seller of the liquor products listed on the Platform (“Products”) will be Lotte Travel Retail Singapore Pte Ltd (“Lotte” or “Seller”). 

If you are interested in purchasing any of the Products, you can indicate your interest through the Platform. To indicate interest in a Product, you must be 18 years old and above.

You acknowledge that indicating your interest in a Product (“Interested Product”) does not guarantee that the Interested Product will be sold to you, and you may or may not be contacted by the Seller regarding the Interested Product.

Due to limitation in the quantity of the Products, the Seller shall have absolute discretion in deciding who to sell the Products to. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Seller may give priority to customers based on the amount which they have spent at Lotte’s outlets at Singapore Changi Airport (based on either Lotte’s or CAG’s records).

The Products listed on the Platform are limited in quantity and are provided on an as-is basis. To the full extent permissible by law, CAG disclaims all warranties, conditions or representations, express or implied, with respect to the Products and the Platform, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We will attempt to be as accurate as possible in our description of the Products, but we do not warrant, and will not be liable for, the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the description or other information relating to the Products.

We reserve the right to cancel, amend or reject your indicated interest without liability or compensation, (i) without declaration of reason, or (ii) if you breach any of these Platform Terms.

We may discontinue, suspend or terminate the Platform at any time at CAG’s sole and absolute discretion, without notice or liability or compensation.

Any dispute arising during or after contacting you or facilitating transactions on an Interested Product shall be dealt with at the Seller’s sole discretion. The Seller may request for more information and supporting documentation to be provided with regards to any dispute. The Seller’s decision will be final and absolute.

CAG may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, (i) modify, suspend or terminate this WOWS Promotion; and/or (ii) modify, amend and/or vary these T&C, in such manner as CAG deems fit from time to time. CAG may notify of change(s) in the T&C by publishing such changes via the website, via email or by such other means of communication as CAG may determine in its absolute discretion, from time to time. Any changes in the T&C shall be effective from the date of publishing the revised T&C in the foregoing manner.

Prices of the Products, as listed on the Platform, are on a duty-free basis unless otherwise stated.

Duty-free and GST-free purchases are only for purchases made by an eligible traveller with valid boarding pass and passport at the point of collection (“Eligible Traveller”).

Duties and GST will apply to purchase(s) by customer:

i. Who is an Eligible Traveller but who exceeded the duty-free liquor allowance upon arrival into Singapore; or

ii. Who is not an Eligible Traveller (including but not limited to customers who purchase the Products and request for home delivery to a Singapore address).

If you have indicated interest in the Product(s) through the Platform (“Interested Customers”), such Interested Customers may be contacted by a representative from either CAG or Lotte, depending on who the seller of the Interested Products is. The Seller reserve the right to request the contacted Interested Customers for documents evidencing the age of the contacted Interested Customers. If the contacted Interested Customers are below 18 years old (“Underaged Customers”), the Seller cannot and will not sell any of the Products to such Underaged Customers.

CAG or the Seller will provide the contacted Interested Customers who confirm their purchase of the Interested Products, with relevant payment instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) for Products sold by Lotte to the customers, the contract for the sale and purchase of such Products shall be entered into directly and only between Lotte and the customer; (ii) for Products sold by CAG in its capacity as a seller, the contract for the sale and purchase of such Products shall be entered into directly and only between CAG and the customer.

An Interested Product will be reserved for a contacted Interested Customer only after the Seller of that Interested Product has received full payment for it. Payment must be made to the Seller in full and within such timeline as agreed between that Seller and the contacted Interested Customer. Such purchased Interested Product is referred to as “Purchased Product”.

No discounts will be given for any Product. The prices of the Products are subject to changes with effect from1 January 2027 onwards.

No refunds, exchanges or returns will be entertained, allowed or accepted for any Purchased Product.

Interested Customers who purchase any Product (“WOWS Products Customers”) agree to allow such Purchased Products to be exhibited at the physical event space(s) of the WOWS gala event on 16 and 17 October 2026. The respective Seller of the relevant Purchased Product will be responsible to the relevant WOWS Products Customer for all risks to the relevant Purchased Product, including if that Purchased Product is damaged in the course of display.

WOWS Products Customers can collect their Purchased Products only after the WOWS gala event (i.e. 26 October 2026 onwards).

Upon the receipt of payment by Lotte or CAG (as the case may be) for the purchased Interested Products, Lotte or CAG (as the case may be) and the customer may make arrangements to either collect the Purchased Products from the transit areas of Changi Airport, or for home delivery of the Purchased Products. Home delivery arrangements can only be made to an address in Singapore.

Customers are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the collection of the Purchased Products.

Customers who wish to collect the Purchased Product(s) at Lotte’s departure or arrival Wines & Spirits Duty Free outlet at Changi Airport must qualify as an eligible traveller by possessing a valid passport and boarding pass.

The Purchased Product(s) must be collected by the agreed deadline set between the respective Seller and the customer. Any item left unclaimed or uncollected by the agreed deadline may, in the respective Seller’s sole and absolute discretion, be offered and sold to any other party or dealt with in any other manner. CAG shall not be liable to any customer who does not pick up his Purchased Product(s) by the agreed deadline and whose Purchased Product(s) are dealt with by the Seller as set out in this clause.

The Promotion

The promotion period starts from 1 Sep 2026 (11:00hrs, SGT) to 31 August 2027 (23:59hrs, SGT) or while stocks last.

Gift with purchase items are in limited quantity and available on a first come first serve basis while stocks last. The promotion may end earlier than the specified promotion period if the quota is reached.

Eligibility

All customers who purchase products from the WOWS catalogue are eligible for the promotion.

Nett spend must meet the relevant minimum spend requirement as communicated to the customer. Customers may combine up to 3 receipts to meet the minimum spend, provided all transactions are made by the same customer -

All receipts used in meeting the promotion requirements need to contain the same Changi Rewards number tied to each receipt and/or the credit card number tied to each receipt. Verification will be performed by authorized personnel from CAG and Lotte Travel Retail Singapore.

Promotion Mechanics

Each Eligible User shall be entitled to receive a set of 2 Christofle old-fashioned crystal glasses (worth S$540) with minimum spend of S$5,000 on WOWS products with Mastercard payment through Changi Airport Shopping Concierge or Lotte Concierge team.

For Non-Mastercard payments, each Eligible User shall be entitled to receive a set of 2 Christofle old-fashioned crystal glasses (worth S$540) with minimum spend of S$7,000 on WOWS products through Changi Airport Shopping Concierge or Lotte Concierge team.

Promotion is limited to 1 redemption per customer. Refunds or exchange for cash will not be accepted.

Each customer is limited to redeem only 1 GWP quantity during the campaign period.

The promotion can be used in conjunction with other in-store promotions, discounts and/or offers, unless otherwise stated.

CAG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take measures such as not granting discounts, cancelling the customer's current or subsequent participation qualifications, and recovering the discounts that the customer has already obtained.

General

By participating in this Promotion, users agree to release and hold Changi Airport Group harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:

1. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any e-Voucher / discounts or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Promotion; and

2. The participation in the Promotion or any e-Voucher / discount related activities

CAG reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any user and the dates of the Promotion.

CAG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by CAG. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Grand Draw

These Grand Draw terms and conditions govern the participation in the WOWS 2026 Grand Draw (the “Grand Draw”).

Eligibility

The Grand Draw is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or above at the time of entry, save that a person is not eligible to participate in or receive a prize under the Grand Draw if he or she falls within any of the following excluded categories (“Excluded Categories”):

a. CAG project workgroup and external auditors directly involved in WOWS;

b. immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in (a) above. “Immediate family members” mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings;

c. any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry of and/or during the lucky draw);

d. any person whose participation in and/or association with WOWS may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or WOWS any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or WOWS to be perceived unfavourably; and/or

e. any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by CAG as being ineligible from time to time.

CAG reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to WOWS and the Grand Draw, and CAG may at any time, disqualify any person from participating in the Grand Draw without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Enrolment into Grand Draw

Each Purchased Product transaction completed during the Promotion Period qualifies the purchaser for one (1) entry into the Grand Draw. Each purchaser (“Participant”) will be automatically enrolled into the Grand Draw based on the information and details provided during the payment process.

To qualify for the Grand Draw, sales transactions which have been used to qualify for registration under WOWS must not be cancelled or refunded. Winner(s) will be disqualified and their prize(s) will be forfeited if the sales transaction used to qualify for the registration of the Grand Draw are cancelled or refunded.

Grand Draw Schedule

CAG will conduct the Grand Draw on 23 October 2026 to select 1 winner from all registered Participants. 

Each Participant is eligible to win one prize once throughout the entire duration of the Promotion Period. 

The winner of the Grand Draw will be selected through a computerised random selection process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified in writing by email and sent an acknowledgement letter in accordance with the personal contact details provided to CAG during Purchased Product transaction. The winner must sign and return the acknowledgment letter to CAG within seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification of their selection as a winner, failing which that winner may be automatically disqualified, and CAG reserves the right to award the prize to another reserve winner drawn from the pool of eligible Participants.

CAG shall publish and list the name of the winner on 11 November 2026 under the ‘Winner Announcement’ section on https://wows.changiairport.com/.

Prizes

The winner will receive a 4D3N experiential trip for 2 pax to visit Kaluga Queen’s caviar farm in Qiandao Lake, China, including accommodation and $5k travel vouchers, to be used within 1-year  from the award (the “Prize”). The Prize will be issued in the form of an “E-voucher”.

CAG shall not be liable to compensate the winner if they are unable, or fail, to use the Prize, whether due to loss, deletion, technical error or any other reason whatsoever. CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prize.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The Prize shall not be re-sold or used for any commercial gain, and CAG reserve the right to void the Prize in such scenario.

CAG shall not be responsible for any damages or liability suffered by the winner, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the participation in WOWS, the Grand Draw, or any redemption and/or use of the Prize.

CAG reserves the right to deny or claw back the Prize should the winner be subsequently found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in WOWs or the Grand Draw or found to have breached the Terms and Conditions. CAG’s determination on all matters relating to the WOWs and the Grand Draw shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.

Failure to respond to any notification from CAG in relation to the Prize, to take the necessary steps to claim and redeem the Prize, or to provide any information or material required for the claim/redemption/collection of the Prize, shall be deemed a failure to claim/redeem the Prize. The Prize must be collected as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize. CAG reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed Prizes to such charities of its choice or replace the winner with another Participant.

Any winner whose Prizes have been used, unclaimed/unredeemed or forfeited hereunder, shall not be entitled to any form of payment or compensation.

You consent to providing us with your Personal Data. By using the Platform, or indicating your interest in the Product(s) through the Platform, you consent to CAG collecting and processing your Personal Data, including your first and last name, email address and contact number, in the following manner:

i. We may use your Personal Data for the purposes of administering the Platform and for such other purposes as set out below (collectively, the “Relevant Purposes”).

ii. We may disclose the Personal Data you had provided to us to any of our subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, tenants, partners and/or agents, including but not limited to Lotte, for the Relevant Purposes.

iii. We may collect, use, disclose, store and otherwise process any of the Personal Data you had provided to us in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and CAG’s Privacy Policy (https://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html).

iv. You represent and warrant that any Personal Data you disclose to us about you or any other person is true, complete and accurate.

“Personal Data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access.

As mentioned above, you consent to us processing your Personal Data for the following Relevant Purposes:

i. To contact Interested customers for the administration of the WOWS or the Platform in the manner allowed under these terms.

ii. To contact Interested customers regarding their indication of interest in Product(s) through the Platform and to provide information on the relevant Product(s).

iii. To facilitate all operations and services in relation to the sale and purchase of the Interested Products.

iv. To notify you of any update of these Platform Terms.

v. To disclose or notify government or regulatory authorities to fulfill any of our obligations under the applicable laws and regulations.

vi. To use your image recordings for publicity or commercial purposes in relation to the Platform, Grand Draw and/or the WOWS event. You further agree to participate in any advertising, promotion, media interviews and publicity activities stipulated by us in relation to the Platform, Grand Draw and/or WOWS event, and to provide and permit the use of your Personal Data provided for any future marketing efforts and media publicity by us.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform:

i. in any way that breaches any applicable local or international laws or regulations;

ii. in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; and

iii. to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material from or to the Platform.

You also agree not to:

i. reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, adapt, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, prepare derivative works from, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from (i) the Platform; or (ii) any and all works of authorship, documents, software, content, know-how, inventions, processes, designs and other materials supplied or made available to you in connection with the Platform;

ii. access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:

1. any part of the Platform;

2. any equipment or network on which the Platform is stored;

3. any software used in the provision of the Platform; or

4. any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party in relation to the Platform;

iii. distribute viruses or any other technologies such as cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, flood pings, denial-of-service attacks, backdoors, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing or e-mail address information, or similar methods or technology that may disrupt or interfere with the operation or provision of the Platform, or harm us or the interests or property of others;

iv. bypass robot exclusion headers, interfere with the working or operation of the Platform, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

v. systematically retrieve data or other content from the Platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in single or multiple downloads, a collection, compilation, database, directory, or the like, whether by manual methods, or through the use of bots, crawlers, spiders, or otherwise;

vi. use display mirroring or framing the Platform or any individual element within the Platform, our name, any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on the Platform, without our express written consent;

vii. access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Platform, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers;

viii. attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

ix. avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by us or any of our providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Platform; and/or

x. forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or news group posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information (“spoofing”).

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all claims, demands, choses in action, judgments, suits, proceedings, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties, legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis and including solicitor and client costs) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with:

i. your use or misuse of the Platform;

ii. your acts, defaults or omissions or any breach, performance, negligent performance or non-performance of these Platform Terms;

iii. the enforcement of these Platform Terms; and/or

iv. any claim made against us for actual or alleged infringement of a third party’s IP rights arising out of or in connection with these Platform Terms.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any damage or loss of any kind including direct or indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of income, revenue or profits, loss or damage to data, or damage to your device, software or any other property, even if we had been advised of such damage or loss or were negligent, whether arising directly or indirectly in connection with:

i. The access to or use of the Platform, or your participation in WOWS (including the Grand Draw and Gala Event);

ii. Any loss or unavailability of access to or use of the Platform;

iii. Any breakdown or malfunction of any equipment system or software used in connection with WOWS, whether belonging to us or not, including any electronic terminal, server, system, telecommunication or other communications network or system, or any system used to conduct or administer the Grand Draw;

iv. Any loss or corruption of any of your data and any content you upload, share or transmit (including Personal Data) in the course of your access or use of the Platform or your participation in WOWS;

v. Any inaccuracy or incompleteness in the materials and content uploaded on the Platform;

vi. Any Personal Data breach, or breach of security of the Platform or any other system used in connection with WOWS, whether it is from errors, unauthorised access, corruption or destruction of systems (including those caused by any security vulnerabilities, viruses, malware, malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programme or macro, Trojan horses, defects, or other cybersecurity incidents);

vii. Any infringement or misuse of third party rights, including intellectual property rights, by us in connection with WOWS;

viii. Your purchase of the Purchased Products which are sold by Lotte (“Lotte Products”) (including but not limited to the genuineness of the Lotte Products, the actual Lotte Products received not appearing as how it was listed on the Platform, and any issue relating to payment and fulfilment of the Lotte Products); and/or

ix. Any discrepancy or difference in the appearance and description of the Products which are sold by CAG (“CAG Products”) between that shown on the Platform and the actual CAG Products received.

x. The conduct of the Grand Draw, including the operation of the computerised random selection process, any delay, error or failure in conducting, administering or notifying the results of the Grand Draw, and any act, omission, delay or default of any third party engaged in fulfilling a prize.

xi. Your attendance at, or participation in, the Gala Event, including any loss of or damage to property, and any act or omission of any other attendee, exhibitor, performer, contractor or third party at the Gala Event.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, no action may be brought by you against us, under these Platform Terms, more than 1 year after the cause of action arose.

We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Platform Terms through your use of the Platform. When a breach of these Platform Terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to any of the following:-

i. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Platform;

ii. immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to the Platform;

iii. issuance of a warning to you;

iv. legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;

v. further legal action against you; and/or

vi. disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Platform Terms.

We own or have licenses to all the intellectual property in connection with the Platform. Intellectual property includes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, designs and patents, registered or not (“IP”). This includes IP in any part of the Platform, like software, code, graphical user interfaces, media, content or logos, made available or accessible via the Platform. You cannot use or reproduce any IP including trademarks, logos, trade names or similar marks, from the Platform, without our prior written consent or that of the relevant third party licensor notified by us
